just got an email from amazon.com saying my preorder of the PJ20 book has shipped.
so if anyone hasn't ordered it yet amazon have it for $10 cheaper then ten club and it would appear they have started shipping them a few days before the actual release. if you spring for the few bucks extra shipping you'll have it in a few days.

i paid $32 including shipping. i think ten club have it for about $32 plus shipping.
I have an old copy of "Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption" you could have.
you know thats actually a novella.. with "the body" (aka stand by me), apt pupil, and some other story.
the book is actually called "different seasons".
ha, right you are. i do have it somewhere, and have read it. the body was cool. and i'm glad i read it before i actually saw Stand By Me. the other two stories i can't remember so they mustn't have been as good as shawshank and the body.

Really? To NZ, expedited shipping increases the shipping cost from $10 to $20 and only reduces the shipping time from 18 days to 8 days. I stuck with cheap shipping, I've never found it took as long as 18 days for stuff to arrive from Amazon, but anyway I can wait.

I had a Pearl Jam dream the other night, I dreamt that I was allowed to sit in on a PJ meeting to brainstorm for a setlist. The guys walked into a meeting room and waved at me, so I tried to introduce myself but in my dream I was speaking with a very strong Kiwi accent (i'm Australian) and I confused Ed with it.

Would anybody like a free double movie pass that I won for Hoyts Cinemas that can only be used for the PJ20 movie? (Send me a PM if you're interested )
I won the pass from the recent radio competition, but I already have my ticket to see the movie. I also noticed that the listing at my cinema says "NFT" (No free tickets), so there's no point me giving it away if it can't be used around here.
I could pop it in the mail if anyone is interested in the pass. :-)
The two conditions are...
1. That you don't sell it
2. This is optional, but try and do a good deed for somebody else
(Obviously I can't police either of those things, but it would be nice if it went to an honest PJ fan!)

I know! It will be embarrassing because even my other friends that are quite hard out and not that hard out I don't think. I hope at least my wife will join me in some tears! Even just the clips I've seen have been awesome.

every aussie book store i saw that had it advertised at $49-$59. but i haven't seen it in store. got mine from amazon.com for $32 ausssie dollars all up including shipping.
