    Yeah I don't know if I could do 105 metres......I need to research this a bit more.......I must admit I like the thought of it.....but reality is a different story! :lol:

    How do you turn yourself around so you're sitting up instead of hanging?

    Dont know. I got lowered down to a boat for mine so I hung upside down till they lowered me....maybe 45sec-1min

    my heartbeat would be elevated from the time we bought our tkts to about an hour after id realised i wasnt dead ...

    i walk for at least an hour a day ... thats excercise - you try up and down one of the hills here 3 times over and see how your butt feels .... ;)
