It's funny that he bought 60 stickers...that sticker is trash.I Know All The Rules But The Rules Do Not Know Me.0

All stickers and buttons were sold out before doors opened. They did not even hold any for merch booths inside. Witnessed a lady buy 100 stickers and 50 buttons. Gotta be regulated at some point for sure.0

this just keeps getting better and better. When is someone going to step in and make a decision?wwsuicide said:All stickers and buttons were sold out before doors opened. Walked in Louie at 8, stopped by an outside booth, had stickers, buttons, St. Louis specific t, nothing like cincy. Scooped 2 stickers and was one my way. Checked inside a bit and Besides the poster one could grab anything they wanted with ease inside for a while too.0

limit it. 10 stickers per person at outdoor merch trailers. no more than that.
back in the day, people would buy posters and send them to each other. plunking down $35 was a huge gesture, nowadays people do not want to pay for double sided posters, pay for shipping, plus pay $300 for custom framing. at least with stickers more people can be taken care of with much greater ease. throwing down $ for stickers for 50 different people is still bad.."You can tell the greatness of a man by what makes him angry." - Lincoln

How many people are financing tours doing shit like this? 50 stickers on ebay at an easy 10 to 12 dollars a pop. Nothing to ship.

I can't remember if it is on this thread or another, but one guy commented that he offset part of his travel expenses from Europe by reselling merch on eBay. :shakes of the head:MayDay10 said:How many people are financing tours doing shit like this? 50 stickers on ebay at an easy 10 to 12 dollars a pop. It is not in the interest of PJ or the merch people to limit sales.

Funny to see peeps complaining about stickers. I can say with happiness that I didn't visit a merch booth, no need for stickers and posters and went straight to GA and had a GREAT time. I guess I have no need for the merch anymore and am there just to see PJ. Back in the day it was different. As I get older, could care less about stickers and posters and trinkets. Just give me great music and a hell of a show!0

Nothing wrong with being an adult and collecting stickers.
I say put the stickers and pins inside the venue only, or make a strict limit outside.

If I want to stand outside for 1 to 2 hours waiting in line for the merch truck to open. Patiently wait my turn to be waited on by the people selling said merch, then who are any of you to try whining, complaining & attempting to force some kind of rule change. Here's a little fact for all the sticker-nazi's out there, if you don't like it, quit sleeping 'til noon, having a a few drinks with your "bro's", sitting in your hotel rooms smoking a joint & then get there half an hour before the show just to be outraged that you were too "busy" or lazy to get off your ass & get what you wanted. I have purchased multiple stickers on multiple occasion's, only to turn around and trade them to someone who wanted it or missed out on it. And yes have given them away many times to try & help people in this "community". i love collecting stickers! I have made many friends doing so. But to watch the "entitled" jump off their high horses, get on their soapbox and try to change merch sales policy, that's pretty heavy handed even for them. We traded Wrigley cards too. Nobody was up in arms about that. Several of us got complete sets just helping each other out instead of paying flipper's prices. Same with the stickers or posters or vinyl etc. Yes there will alway's be bad apples in every bunch, whether they are buying item's to flip or trying to get their way by belittling people who enjoy something they don't even understand and trying to change the rules that won't affect them anyway. One last thought, at the end of the day when the totals from the merch trucks are added into the bands revenue, do you think they care if I but 2 or 200?Scott A. Setser0
