Don't tell Dunk but you can probably get Easy Street aswell as it was in HMV on Oxford Street on Wednesday for £7.99 ('tis cheaper on amazon)
*cough*
Dunk thanks for the customs info. Will probably be a similar amount for me.
*hears whisper*
its ok... i bought it at lunchtime... just listened to 1st 3 songs in my car
£7.99 in HMVoh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -
hello darlings!
I have had one of the weirdest days in my entire life. yesterday was pretty weird too.
today, I've been running around the city, picking up the last things I need to get before I'm off to Scotland. (which is on Monday by the way) I have now managed to get meself new shoes and other little bits and pieces I feel are/will be necessary.
now, for the weird part. today, everywhere I've turned there have been Asian people.I mean EVERYWHERE!! I've got nothing wrong with Asian people, I've just never seen them this much during one day. I even saw a Buddhist monk on a bus! I almost fell over cause of that!
and yesterday, I was running around in Karhula, a part of Kotka (I think this is the perfect time to tell you that when I say "running around", I don't mean *running*) and there were Swedes EVERYWHERE. everywhere I turned I heard Swedish.
although I must admit that I was a little proud of the fact that I understood what the people were saying. (no, I didn't *listen* to them, I just *heard* some things.)
phew.
oh and yes, I am travelling on Monday and I don't know if I will be able or willing () to use a computer while I'm away so it's very possible that you are gonna have to survive without me for a while. (I'll be back on the 25th.)
I know it's scary () but you'll make it, you've got each other to lean on.

What's also weird is that in 3 days time everyone you hear/see/touch? will be speaking in Scottish accents! :eek:0 -

Cool! If ya getting down to Londinium early enough in the day then maybe a few of us could come and impose ourselves upon your person in the vicinity of said public house for some jovial jesting and jolly japes?0 -

I know. but that's fine by me, a Scottish accent is indeed one of the things that make my knees weak.
I just hope I understand it."Don't be faint-hearted, I have a solution! We shall go and commandeer some small craft, then drift at leisure until we happen upon another ideal place for our waterside supper with riparian entertainments."0 -

Cool and the gang!
Edit: If your serious about the museums then the British museum's the one to check out if you haven't already. Just keep in mind you'd need a whole day for either one of these 3 babies and that would infringe upon some valuable drinking time.0 -
