oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Whoops. I hope nobody was offended by my lack of enthusiasm for the sweat bands. Sounds like your quite into em. Just put it down to 70's child neuroses syndrome, or something : )
Quite into them? I wouldn't say that. I'm not a geek thanks.

I actually hadn't and still haven't even bothered to read what you're making reference to. So there's no need to even mention it. If i had read it and was bothered, i would've said something.

I was chatting to an Aussie chick. She was gorgeous. We were discussing the South American tour, on which she had seen a few shows. Halfway through a word, amidst the crazy Scots next to us chanting 'Ole ole ole, Perul Jumm Perul Jumm', those lights came on and my heart stopped. Everyones' eyes were on the right hand side of the stage, waiting for the emergence. A few seconds passed. My heart was stationery, but my pulse was so rampant I could barely breathe anyway. Then they walked out. I couldn't believe it. I should've been looking at Mike, who I had idolised for years, but my eyes were on Ed, who happened to be wearing that legendary green shirt we had seen in all the DVDs, posters and magazines, badges attached. He picked up his guitar, suggesting Long Road. No, Breakerfall. No, Corduroy. No, Betterman.... The feedback kicked in. At this point I had heard no 2006 bootlegs so I was unfamiliar with this signature noise. Then the ebow bounced in. And then.... the drums. Oh, the drums. The floor began to shake and I was somehow convinced it was Undone that they were playing. I was being thrown about from side to side and pushed in every direction possible. Then came the riff. At that moment, everyone recognised WWS. After all the shows I saw last year, of all the openers, that was the best one. Release would've been nice, but WWS is now tarnished with sentiment.

    Yeah baby!!!
