  • I did not go.

MMJ is this week? You guys like the new song? I kinda do...it is different though. Not overly thrilled hearing Brendan O'Brien is producing the new album
I sold the tixx. I felt like it was misrepresented as a co-headliners tour vs. being a National tour with War of Drugs opening.

Will check out the new MMJ song. I have either back to school night or driving to MD for a meeting the next morning that night. Ugh I hate being a grownup.

Getting ready for Phils playoffs means I'm taking a respite from other things.

Semi-related, not a fan of Weezer but everything else on that show's bill looked awesome.

It's funny how now O'Brien has scarred too many people and no longer gets people excited, haha.

The MMJ song is....fine. I think they're just releasing this because of the time of the year/election.

Also, I don't want to see them on a double bill with Nathanael Rateliff or whatever his name is.
  • What show are you talking about JP?

Yeah BoB seems a little past his prime. I haven't been impressed with that Nathaniel guy either.

Which part? Weezer just played WFC with The Flaming Lips and Dinosaur Jr.(though I love the blue album);MMJ are playing a double bill the the night sweats at The Mann on the 26th. At least it looks like MMJ is going 2nd, but probably still can't get me out there for half a show.

  • Blue Album & Pinkerton are unimpeachable.

Yeah 1/2 show isn't doing it for me. Especially after GA for 2 nights at The Met last year.

I'll probably go to MMJ. Don't have a ticket yet but probably can find one on stubhub day of show. Aren't Nathaniel Ratliff headlining or is it like a co-headlining tour thing with equal amount of time?

oh ok, hat's cool. I'm not too familiar with Nathaniel Rateliff's music though. I thought MMJ went on first judging by the number of songs played and looking at the set list.

That looked like one of the hardest hit balls you will ever see. Holy shit. That is batting practice for the Mets. Walker stinks my god.

Yeah I didn't hold out much hope for tonight. They're just trying to get through with a dead body in that #5 spot in these last couple weeks.

All I ask for is they lock up a bye by the time the Nats series starts.
  • Josh Shapiro doesn't carry his ID? Kind of out-of-touch-ish, amirite.
