    I'm gonna move on.

I think the best thing is just being surrounded by 10C members. If you're in a "regular people" section you're standing all by yourself yelling out "I'M IN HIDING" while somehow all the Bostonians around you never bothered to get into Yield (!) and only know the songs they've heard on their lame radio stations.
How did I miss this? Awesome comment. As glad as I was to be at the SHN show it has been tooooo fucking long since being around my people. No other dumb bands, no dumb age demographics of some young kids checking out a band that their dad likes. Just ME and a ton of other people digging the same shit.

And when I mean 'my people' I mean a Philly PJ show. That fucking crowd in Missoula was weeeeaaaaak.

It's ridiculous. I mean, you people don't know IN HIDING? This isn't You Are we're talking about. (I mean I would love to see You Are, but I get it, it's kinda weird.)

I basically rank all my Philly shows over all my non-Philly shows. I mean, that one show people had a wedding inside the arena.

In Hiding should've been a single. That song deserved way more airplay back in the Summer of '98.

Speaking of which....take me back to the Summer of '98 RIGHT NOW PLEASE. What a glorious time to be alive.

I'll say 92 wins and a loss in the divisional playoffs.

Mickey Moniak is owned on only 1.2% of ESPN fantasy leagues....including my team. If he's half as good as he's been in the spring, he'll be on everyone's rosters within two weeks.

So the REAL Phanatic is back and he sky dove into the park for the first time since '93. That's kind of fitting since this team gives me more '93ish vibes than the 2000's team vibes.

off to a good start. Nola looked ok until the seventh inning. Bryson looked like a typical rookie at 3B with a couple defensive errors. Hopefully that gets better as the season progresses.

Well they certainly have a team that's built for their ballpark. This offense might be like 1930 in the Baker Bowl. Except hopefully not the 52-102 record.

     Great outing for Gibson yesterday!

We're down 4-0 and I changed the channel to watch The Good The Bad and The Ugly and look at my phone and we're trying to close out the 9th inning.  :D

Bohm offended by a Bronx cheer - jeez it's not even named after our city. If I make 3 errors I give myself a Bronx cheer when I manage to throw the ball directly to the first baseman.

At least he fessed up and admitted he said it. Some guys, despite the video, would've gone full-on Trump and contradicted the video evidence.

That aside. What a great win. A friend of mine that's a Mets fan was at the game. He was sending me taunting snapchats throughout the game.....up until the 8th inning of course.

Their constant overconfidence to me is both continuously shocking and endlessly amusing. "This is the Mets year baby!!!" Yeah, okay. At least we know something is going to go wrong.

It's more that most of the world wants to live in la la land, and the approach to how their doing this is all optics. I'd be more in favor of it if it was based on a better approach.

My household is just getting over having it. Wife and I vaxed and boosted. Unfortunately the 4 and 2 year olds cannot be. Thank god it seems to not hit 2 year olds that hard, for whatever reason. The 4 yo took it a bit more on the nose. Not fun.

Well, I, for one, am getting quite literally sick (not Covid yet but an awful cold) of people telling me just to mask up if I want to do something indoors (movie, concert, bowling, kids' hockey games, etc.) when they know damn well that no one else in those places is wearing a mask.

It's like they haven't paid attention to a damn thing for more than two years now. One person wearing a mask in a roomful of maskless mouthbreathing Massholes doesn't stand a chance of staying healthy. I didn't get sick once when everyone was required to mask up indoors.
