Did you guys also do the Verified Fan thing?
Yes I did, and that might the only way I can score.

I lost 10 C Lotto, but I kind of expected as I put Camden #2 Choice and Reserved only. Old man can't stand in a cluster-fuck of fans on the Lawn>LOL. If I did get Lawn I would chill all the way in the Back so I can sit when I need to.

    Enjoy the show !!
    What's #1? NY?
No, I was LUCKY to score a MSG ticket through Verified Fan in 2020( or was it a General Public Sale?)

I had Vegas as my #1. I already have tickets for other shows out West  and have a good friend who lives in Vegas so I'll be able to see him. I haven't been out there to see him  since 2001.

I HOPE I can score Camden ticket through Verified Fan as I live real close to Camden.

Already started requesting quotes...I am doing some sort of car service regardless. So going to start with a party bus, see the number of people and scale back if need be.  We'll have 6 for sure...maybe more

Haha, I did the same as well. The buses are expensive, but totally worth it if we're at a minimum of like 20.

Ooof, that's a tough one. If you want a cable-equivalent cord cutter then go with YouTube TV. Outside of that, I'm basically above the usual cable bill with all the fucking services - YTTV, Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney+, Apple TV, PBS, etc etc.

But I'd say Netflix has been garbage the past year or so. Honestly I think the best options/bang for your buck are HBO Max and Showtime. YTTV upside is you can subscribe these through their service at some kind of trial or discount, at least I did.

Hmm.....I should consider this. I've heard of YouTube TV of course but never gave it a look to see what it is. But I see it's only like $65 per month, and it has pretty much every channel I would watch on cable. And frankly, I don't even watch cable that much anymore. Yet, I'm paying a $99 cable bill.

Now does YouTube TV have capabilities similar to a DVR? For example, can you pause and rewind something you're watching live? I assume you can. Can you record a program like a DVR? I assume you can't.....but also assume that once something has aired, it remains there available to watch?

And can you easily change channels? Sounds like a silly question. But is there like a "previous channel" option like cable boxes have?

Yes to all your questions ledbetter. Like JP said, Youtube TV is the closest thing to cable that's not cable. I really like it. Unlimited dvr. You can customize your guide so you can just get rid of all the channels you don't watch. They do have a previous channel option too. It's a little funky but it let's you see the last 3 channels.

I also have Netflix, HboMax, Showtime, Prime, Disney.....fucking all of it. I'm not even sure of the total cost right now but its basically what I was paying before. lol

Yeah I'm definitely going to try a free trial, and then will likely just get rid of the cable since I'll probably like it. Really, the only thing that was keeping me on cable was live sports. But since YTTV has all the channels I watch anyway, it seems pointless to keep paying an extra $40 a month.

Best part of YTTV is I can block Fox News from my channel guide.

YTTV sounds a little better but I already have Hulu and it seems easier to just upgrade that. I think it's no MLB network and DVR not as good - otherwise basically the same. And besides that you can block Fox News (not sure if this works on Hulu), they don't carry those other whacked out fringe "news" networks.

Also get RedZone with YTTV, if that means anything.

Can someone explain to me how this street makes sense? I was near my parents old house last night (didnt take pic so this is from google) and this street used to be one way. It still is...only now now there is a bike lane IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD going the opposite direction. And the left side is just for parking. So cars have to cross over the bike lane to park. I can't stop thinking about how dumb this looks. It just seems like it's some evil plan to kill some unsuspecting bicyclist. Pretty busy road right off Lancaster Ave too

That's confusing as hell. Yeah you know when you're all happy in your bike lane some car's gonna suddenly pull out or try to park.

I remember when it used to be against the law to ride your bicycle against the flow of traffic. Looks like that's no longer the case in some municipalities.

May as well see the vehicle that sends you to the hospital, I guess.
