Well we know it's at least Nola at the head of the pack.

This is like when I found out that Hamels not only voted for Trump but was/is a big supporter. Huge letdown.

    Cole voted for Trump? Fuck.

I saw the Phils had the toughest schedule in baseball for the first half and the easiest one remaining...

Wouldn't have a huge issue for him voting like that. White, multimillionaire, professional athlete with a fuck ton of privilege? That makes sense. But the whole him and his wife donating money and the like is what really fucked me up on him.

Same with LA. Not a huge shock there - what with the age demo and all that - but dude's giving money to Matt Gaetz. That one hurts, too.

They're in the same position as '07 at the break, apparently, but soooo many things had to break right for that team, on top of playing out of their minds down the stretch. And that was only the beginning of the best run we'll probably see in our lifetime. Upside is this division stinks so it is there for the taking.

You guys are doing a convincing job of goading me to disavow this version of the Phillies.

I would like if the Phillies would overpay for a CF and/or a SP and/or a CP.

I hate David Murphy but he's right when it comes to baseball: you've got a 1B playing 3B, and a DH playing 1B. I would be all about Bryant right now at 3rd, Bohm/Hoskins platoon at 1st (even tho they're both righty's).

Edit: I think I'd take a shot on Michael Taylor who was on DCs system for a while. Better than anything we have.

That's really a matter of math. They have an overwhelming advantage when it comes to schedule. But then these fucks will fuck it up. Also Gary Oldman in True Romance should've won an Oscar.

MMJ followed up by a New War on Drugs album and shows at the Met couple months later? Sign me up!

Hopefully these unvaccinated dopes don't screw things up too much. I really wanna go to some shows

MMJ is the only one on my definite so far. War on Drugs is a must when they go on sale. Also thinking of IDLES at the Fillmore but that's in October. Might check out Japanese Breakfast in a few weeks They are playing like 5 nights at the Union Transfer in 6 days.

Pumped for this new album, gonna try and get tix. Looking forward to getting back to The Met in a couple weeks to see Modest Mouse.

This extra set of Ohana perks my ears up as well. I'd love to see that October 2nd show.

Yeah. Like, you really expect us to come visit you with our unvaccinated under-12 kids? Be serious. And this person works in a very high-risk job. Just unbelievable.
