    When I was a kid growing up in Nebraska, my grandfather used to tell me that the horrid stench emanating from the cattle and pig farms was the sweet scent of money. He was a wise man but I think it was more likely the smell of run off polluting the water and possibly leading to who knows what kind of health problems. Interesting that my grandmother refused to drink tap water. She was a wise lady.
