i been swimming again. had a bit of a dry spell which stunk. im swimmin 2 hrs or 2 hrs & 5 min daily. i'll work it up to 3 hrs then 4 hrs, 5 & 6 hrs. i like to believe i'm training for a long swim but mainly just to be healthy

It's an Animal Planet show.. As a former rescue operator, I relate a lot to the lady that runs the facility., only I worked with Ghetto rats.. ( they called themselves that, not me!!) the inner city kids from Kansas City while I lived out there. It was really cool to see these kids turn their lives around, and we rescued fighting dogs, so they got to see up close how truly forgiving these dogs are!! So that is one of those few things I'll watch on TV. But usually I don't have cable! Lol
