    I think it will be Russia v Canada in the gold medal but as an American, I hope that we can find a way to get there.

    Actually no, Canada vs Russia gold medal game is what the Russians want, apparently Russian TV has been showing a lot of the '72 summit series.

    I would guess a German company is making your sleds is because German sleds are probably the best engineered. Look who dominates the bobsled and luge competitions.

    I'm not so sure anyone can predict who'll be the finals. I thought the US has looked the best so far ... They also looked the best after the preliminary round in Vancouver. It all starts for real on Wednesday ... So we'll see.

    hard to say ... latvia is only a -5 in the round robin even tho they went 0-3 ... ted nolan is an excellent coach and he can get the most out of his players ...

    We should win this game no matter the coach. Truthfully the Swiss would have been more of a concern to me only in the sense that they play just like Finland. The problem with the Swiss is they are so defensive oriented that once they fall behind they do not attack well, just like Finland, they are built to get leads.

    But I agree Nolan is a good coach ... And anything can happen in win or go home games.

    sweden/finland, WOW. love sweden getting backed by a lundqvist shutout and two goals from hagelin. some good blueshirt representation right there! lundqvist has been just locked in during this tournament.

    glad to see russia go but a US/Russia, canada/russia gold medal game would have been nuts.

    Not shocked Russia lost. They don't have enough heart. I really hope USA and Canada win and play Friday at 11central. If they do I'm taking off work and getting tanked with prenoon beers and whiskey.

    So if you hear about a one man post game riot in Nashville you will know what started it. I even have an American and Canadain jersey so I could just be for whoever wins( I'm kidding I would never do that. In fact rule in the Weber jersey can't leave closet during Olympic year.)

    Canada just barely beat them in overtime. Finland's really good!
    I am hoping for a Canada/US final again. It'll be so fun when Canada wins again. :D

    Russia didn't play well as a team and did not handle the pressure of playing at home, if they got behind or frustrated they tried to do it themselves. I don't think it's easy playing at home in the Olympics when your considered a hockey country and one of the favorites. We struggled at times in Vancouver, we also had our moments, Russia struggled the entire tournament. But I'm glad that since the playing field became even in '98 Russia is 0-5.
