For the most part I agree with D's post - this place is like a 'home' of sorts because of the amount of time we spend here. However I don't think there's a chance that they will be going back to the old forum. 10C wouldn't have invested the time and money to have this new layout developed and implemented just to scrap it after a couple of days.

That's not to say that this is the finished version though. Yes, the font is way too small and the background is so bright that it genuinely hurts your eyes at times but there is the likely possibility this is a trial and they are still working on things. For example one of the first things I noticed and raised on Saturday was that the "View Your Posts" option had gone. When I checked in today the "Participated" button had been added so it looks like things are still being tweaked.

It will be interesting to see if there is a response from Kat or Sea this week. I sincerely hope that 10C take on board all of the valid points and objections that have been raised by many of the members and we start to see improvements or changes to the layout soon.

Can you please make it easier to read and maybe make avatars a little bigger. I finally got one and it's so small (my avatar) and I always have to turn the brightness down on my screen every time I come here.

The brightness makes me wish I was blind in both eyes!! Very sad.. Lease hurry up and either fix this or change it!! My cousin works inVanilla Software and he says we shouldn't be dealing with such simple issues, that all this can be customized down to individuals setting their own fonts.. I'm waiting for him to send me a link to HIS network site site I am able topmost an example. He says a two year old can run it... But he a narcisist too do don't take that personally.. None the less.. Please figure this out soon.. The headaches are excruciating !!

I guess I don't understand the negativity. For me nothing has really changed other than the color scheme. Obviously this is a new setup and there are bugs being worked out but to say that the forum has changed so much that you're going to reduce the amount of time that you spend here? I don't know, I don't see it being that different. Or at least different enough to be that unhappy about it.

I agree 100% with everybody. Used to spend my whole work day browsing and posting but not so much anymore. Is it just me or my browser but everything seems to be a line down the left border and that edge is cut off. Anybody else having this happen? Also, is there a way to get your active threads back? Or do I have to search for the all individually?

This happens with me in IE, but Chrome and Firefox display OK.

we are here cos our friends are here..our brothers and sisters from all over the world are here..those friends who support the club even after u fuck in shipping ,or at ticket presale
those friends we share hotels,rides with the car,buy eachother beers at the parties,share spare tickets,make travel plans together,share hotel rooms,help eachother in a charity,organize holy grails,help a fellow fan in need,say prayers for some other fan have a health problem,give free things someone searhing,help with infos when someone want to travel in a place,travel from all over the world in the middle of nowhere to celebrate with the band their birthday party..
we are not just those paid customers that post in facebook and make fun of us,"you still go to that place?..is this thing called pj forum still in play ?" and they just clik like at facebook at eddie photos..

we are here cos feels like home..we are here cos we love this home..
and we love it and care like its ours..
not cos it belong to us cos we give u a few bucks per year..not cos we want to keep our numbers and membership so we have good seats....but cos we love it and "our people " are here..

those couple of days with all those people complaining,isnt cos are against the club and only know how to bitching...
no,we are here and complaining,cos we are seeing,that "our home" is getting down..
"our home",makes us feel not wellcome...
we are complaining cos we care about this place..cos our buddies are here..cos we want to enjoy coming here and smile when we open the forum..

dont take this away form us..isnt biggie..do a step back..wasnt a success move..this things happens...so what..ask those tech people..if he can add a few things to the old forum and we all gonna forget about it and go on..

same thing happened to U2.com forum. A whole lot of people were there for years, all friends, followed the tour, etc. then they changed the forum (looks a lot like this one does now) and now it's a ghost-town, was easier for people to use facebook. hardly anyone posts there anymore. Really sad.

I was trying to stay out of the debate....but I have to chime in and say I agree. I see absolutely NO benefit to this layout, and I truly do not see this being something that we all eventually just get used to. This layout has the potential to kill this awesome community.

we all seem to have the same list of problems with the new layout.Granted i don't post a lot but i do like to stalk pages and learn so much of whats going on with our favorite band.the bright page and small font killz my eyes. 10c please listen to the complaints of the fans and super fans like Dimitris who has helped all of us here.

Yeap, at work I'm required to use IE and the first letter of every line is cut off.. Very annoying...

Seriously though, the new forum is much easier to read on my phone now. But a little offensive to the eyes on my laptop. If I could just change the background color, I'd be happy!

Don't use/have Facebook, so not sure how that function works.

This site is a horror show now. I can't believe anyone who saw this new site before it went live didn't jump up and down and ask the people who designed it " What the EFF is this???".

This may be the worst visual design of a forum I have ever seen. Atrocious. Someone please send me an email when new tour dates are imminent in US, this site is an abomination.
