This is a general admission show. So it is your choice to take any free seat or stand in the area in front of the stage.
I cannot stand for too long so I really want seats, but seeing I am only a 2-year member I will probably not get
Your chances are as good as anyone else, it's a lottery. Most people will go for GA anyway, so you have good chances of getting seats from 10c presale.
Thanks for the reply. I am reassured It is confusing though that the info says: "These seats will be assigned based on seniority". Seeing your reply, they probably mean "seniority once you have been randomly drawn".
just pure happy and grateful, but speakless, regarding the news... ... Wuhlheide again :P DANKE Pearl Jam!
there is no way to peace, peace is the way!
...the world is come undone, I like to change it everyday but change don't come at once, it's a wave, building before it breaks.

Yes, that's the way it goes. Those who win, will then get the seats based on seniority.
Delighted news!!
Of course people are free to comment on ticketing prices as people have different budgets, but I agree that such prices are quite common nowadays.
For sure there will be extra shows. Amsterdam will be sold out right away, and a second show will pop up immediately.
Rotterdam 2000 (CANCELLED) | Arnhem 2006 | Rotterdam 2009 | Berlin 2009 | Arras 2010 | Amsterdam-1 2012 | Amsterdam-2 2012 | EV Amsterdam-1 2012 | EV Amsterdam-2 2012 | Amsterdam-1 2014 | Amsterdam-2 2014 | EV Amsterdam-2 2017 | EV Amsterdam-3 2017
It will be Stockholm and Oslo again for me. Worked a treat last year! Regarding ticket prices, it's a bit higher than last year, but definately worth it in my opinion.
High ticket prices are the sad side effect of this age of downloading and Spotify. The upside is more frequent touring by bands, as it's through touring, rather than record sales, they make their income these days.

Praying I get lucky in the 10C draw for Leeds
Because the general sale for that will be absolute carnage

2007 - London
2009 - London, Manchester, London
2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London
2011 - Alpine Valley x2
2012 - Isle of Wight, Manchester x2
Hmmm interesting tour dates lots of scope for extra dates methinks! Havent been to MK Bowl since Metallica played BDO looking forward to seeing PJ there thats for sure.
Did wonder if they would play Glasto this year but unless they squeeze that in on 27th im thinking not
2000 Cardiff/ 2006 Paris/ 2011 Toronto/ 2013 Chicago/ 2014 Amsterdam 1 & Milton Keynes, 2016 MSG 1 & 2/ 2017 London Ed solo/ 2018 London 1, Padua, Rome, Prague & London 2 2019 Dusseldorf & Dublin Ed Solo 2022 Copenhagen, London 1&2, Budapest, Krakow, Vienna, Prague, Ams 1 & Ams 2 2024 Manchester, London, Auckland & Sydney
In the "tour" section under details, it says that tickets for the Oslo show will be on sale at Dec 20th 9am CET. But under "tickets" it says that on sale starts Dec 20th at 12.01 am local time? What does that mean??
i understand some folk are a bit disappointed about the choice of cities. we didnt get a dublin show but 'have car will travel' is my motto. stockholm and amsterdam are getting my money!!!!! we should just be overjoyed pj are coming to europe. and with the massive venues tickets for some shows wont be a problem. get in!!!!
i wish i wish i wish i wish, i guess it never stops

were really gonna have the ticket price posts all over again?
Im still wading through the excitement to even check the prices, and given seeing these guys is the best night out in the world for me, Im sure id pay double whatever it is
New to the forum, so this is a fresh topic for me.

Some people aren't that well off and ticket prices are a huge factor on attending or not.
oh I get that, and I certainly am not, but these are the things that make my year. I will look forward to these shows from now until the summer. So im very flippant when it comes to the cost of them.
I understand the financial pressures, despite the emerging economic growth there is still a lot of financial pressure out there, and sometimes a luxury such as a concert is not justifiable - especially when the costs are high.
But what can you do? I don't think these prices are set to fleece fans, it is just what it is, the cost of touring and cost of putting shows on these days. Most prices are promoter driven, they took on the corporate world aqnd their contemporaries looked on from afar and let them sink in that fight......do you really expect them to do that again given the state of the record industry generally?
I think what im trying to say is that Im just grateful they are coming back, Im excited, and apologies if I came across insensitive.
do you reckon thell add any more to these dates ???
This I really want to know. Right now I can only afford to enter the draw for one show (in fact I can't really even afford that. I'll be gutted if I put in for Leeds and then they announce Dublin.
I'm putting it out there now: I think I'm going to be begging for spares further down the road.

The times under tickets are incorrect for most shows, UK shows are at 9AM local time (10AM CET) time as well, Italian shows at 11AM local time (CET).

I think the local time (12.01am) mentioned on the site is the local time for Ten Club HQ so Seattle time and so same time as 9 CET.
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

No PJ in Europe for me this year. Cheapest flights from Montreal to any of the cities is $1,500. I usually don't mind driving, but unfortunately all the ice will have melted at that time of year so no drive possible through the North Pole direction Oslo.
