What do you guys think are the chances for a separate 10c section in front at the Amsterdam show?

There was one at the 2012 shows... Hope there will be one again ;)
    I think/hope they will do..
I saw Muse, Iron Maiden and Volbeat @ ZiggoDome and it's to crowded if there isn't a front section.

So which countries do you think will be easiest / cheapest to travel between? I won't be able to make the UK dates as I'm away :fp: :( but would like to do more than one show in Europe. I'm tempted to do Amsterdam as it looks like they could add another show, but i'm also thinking i should do the Wulhheide because everyone raves about it here :D (but i can't do both). I suppose i'm thinking Vienna to Berlin or Berlin to Stockholm?

Any suggestions/feedback would be great, thanks

Friends Arena in Stockholm...really bad choice unfortunately.

I saw Iron Maiden at Friends Arena and soundwise is was undoubtly the worst show I have ever been to. I couldn't hear anything of the song and the guitars sounded terrible...and we moved around the floor to different places hoping the sound would improve. But it was shit everyhere.

A few weeks ago I saw Black Sabbath there as well, and then they had divided the arena in half, and then the sound was good. But then there were only 26,000 ppl there compared to 60,000 on Maiden.

Anyway; I have entered the pre-sale of course, but it would be interesting to know what chances I have to get tickets for Stockholm? How many will TC get and let their members be able to buy them?
I guess they will divide it for PJ as well, I just don't see them selling out a 60'000 capacity show... Or will they?

And logically, the chances for 10c tickets should be the best here, as it has the largest capacity of all the venues? Anyways, good luck!

Layout for PJ, not the full capacity and a separate front section :

Thanks, I just saw that they will divide the arena for the PJ show. Hopefully this will increase the chances of getting a decent sound as it did for Sabbath.

About the pre-sale question, I guess there are no specific number of tickets that is available in the draw then?

Yes that looks about right... And I'm guessing the 10c GA tix will be in the purple area then. I'd love to go to Stockholm again but can't do both Berlin and Stockholm... Might try for Stockholm tix if I miss out on Wuhlheide though.

I'm pretty sure they'll add more dates. Hopefully they'll go to S.E Asia too next year, as that's where I plan to be.

The calendar does have a few spots where there are noticable gaps.

Berlin - Stockholm - Oslo is easy travel. Stockholm and Oslo are also in the weekend. Oslo and Stockholm aint cheap though, but travelling doesnt need to be that expensive.

No Irish date which is strange, its the first stop of Europe wonder why they can't play. Looks like I'll not be seeing them to 2015

    What a bunch of hypocrites.
Accuse ticketmaster of over inflated ticket prices, then charge £75 per ticket for the Milton Keynes show.
    They can get f&@ked.
    Disappointed.

Ridiculous man, even if they played an Irish show I would refuse to pay a price like that, that would translate to over 90 euro

Some of us don't have a good income man. I couldn't justify spending that amount of money on a ticket

Milton Keynes bowl has a capacity of 65,000.
Suppose they only fill 50% of the seats.
That's £4.8 million in ticket sales for one show.

This one is for the fans, yeah right.

Yes, it's expensive. But don't forget that they were backed by some serious major label money in the 90s when the whole Ticketmaster thing was going down. Think about what it must cost for a US band to put together an European tour at some pretty big venues. Think of the cost of flights, the cost of haulage, flying all that gear over, road crew and tour personnel salaries, lighting rigs, sound equipment, putting up the stage (Milton Keynes specifically I guess), the cost of actually hiring the arenas in the first place.

Whether we enjoy parting with that sort of money or not (and I really don't!), £75 is about the going rate these days for most arena level bands.

oh what to do? we're in ireland and it's our wedding in august so would love to avoid the cost of travelling to see them so am tempted to wait and see when they would announce more dates BUT don't want to miss out on 10c tickets, again! can anyone remember how soon after the announcement last time they announced more dates? i can't. knowing my luck we'd get tickets for amsterdam then they would announce belfast or dublin  also, i've never entered the draw for tickets, wonder what the success rate is like.
