Im still wading through the excitement to even check the prices, and given seeing these guys is the best night out in the world for me, Im sure id pay double whatever it is

It's just a bit of a sticker shock. The price for the Brooklyn show was $177 USD, the price for the MK show is $246 USD. That's a significant difference in price which I was not expecting.

Some people aren't that well off and ticket prices are a huge factor on attending or not.
So which countries do you think will be easiest / cheapest to travel between? I won't be able to make the UK dates as I'm away :fp: :( but would like to do more than one show in Europe. I'm tempted to do Amsterdam as it looks like they could add another show, but i'm also thinking i should do the Wulhheide because everyone raves about it here (but i can't do both). I suppose i'm thinking Vienna to Berlin or Berlin to Stockholm?
Any suggestions/feedback would be great, thanks
Berlin - Stockholm - Oslo is easy travel. Stockholm and Oslo are also in the weekend. Oslo and Stockholm aint cheap though, but travelling doesnt need to be that expensive.
Thanks

You're right of course, seeing a PJ show is definitely worth it. I was just surprised at how much they have gone up since last time I saw them, that's all. I'm already over it though.

stockholm to gdynia, PL would be fun - ferry ride and great/a lot cheaper than in Sweden stay.. plus one of the best festivals in Europe if you are keen in festivals, of course..
I probably won't go for festival dates, if i can only do a couple, but thanks anyway

Hmmm, now I'm not complaining about it being in Leeds (I quite fancy checking out the new arena and it's only an hour away in the car) but Leeds capacity is about 13,500 and the Manchester Arena is more like 20,000 - Where they did two shows last year.
I feel for those in Scotland as well. 14 YEARS!!!

Just to let you know gigs at Milton Keynes Bowl tend to be all day things. There is usually more than one support act with the first band going on about 16.00. Would be good to know who the support acts are in advance.
Probably why it is more expensive than the other UK date.

So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

How do you do that travel? Any ideas? diebahn.de?
For Vienna - Berlin, I just booked an AirBerlin flight on the 26th in the morning for €48.
Already?

we're looking at getting seated tickets for amsterdam as we hate standing at concerts, but should we apply for standing as 2nd choice just in case? would the rule apply that you would have to buy both sets of tickets? because you are only allowed two tickets per show!
Can anyone tell me how the GA works for ZiggoDome (Amsterdam)? How long before the show starts are you admitted? And can you arrive at Ziggo Dome 15 minutes before that time?
I cannot stand for too long so I really want seats, but seeing I am only a 2-year member I will probably not get them. I am considering opting for GA too, but I need to know how long I will have to stand altogether. I might just skip the GA and go for seats at the regular ticket sale.

Your chances are as good as anyone else, it's a lottery. Most people will go for GA anyway, so you have good chances of getting seats from 10c presale.
so if i put down seated tickets as my first priority and standing as my second priority i can not get both? don't want to end up with two sets of tickets for the same show! sorry for the silly questions, just unsure as i haven't used this before!

You'll get only one set either way, as per the Q&A cited above.

Last year they had a draw for Berlin 2 and Prague, I guess everyone who entered won those.
The earlier 2012 Euro dates were a disaster, but that's a whole another story which eventually caused them to come up with the lottery system.

A: No, you can only possibly be chosen for either GA or Reserved, but not both.
