Guys I was looking into it. My hotel is oversold and the rest are predicting to be full that week. Get a room soon. We have the concerts, the jays are in town and there's a convention in the city.

I can't help with rates. Normally I could but we were full before the concert announcment.

For $US 80, I was able to get the Courtyard by Marriott on Priceline....as I recall, its a 3-star hotel.

i found a 4 star hotel, that looks really nice - not too pricey, but they said if i can get 10 or more rooms booked, that they'll do group rates. It's called the suites at one king west if anyone's interested. they have a website too - if anyone's interested, let me know.

And truly is close to the ACC... only about 2 blocks away...

This hotel is located at Yonge & College. Its about 5 subway stops or $10 cab ride to ACC and walking distance to the eatons centre.. It starts at about 94CDN ( $80 US) a night. Stayed there before its not a bad hotel. No 5 star but everything you would need. There are rooms available for both nights and at that price you can't beat it.

The website is showing this hotel as booked for the two nights of the shows.

Nothing wrong with there at all.

By the way there is a Greek church right around the corner from there that is only one of two churches in North America, that has the entire ceiling painted with quality art. Religious of course, but quality too. :) Sorry the name escapes me of the church but it is right there where you will be.
You've changed your place in this world!

Question. I'll be at the Loose Moose. I'll get there after work around 5. I'm even helping Krohn set up the benefit.

How will I know any of you?

I am new to this stuff. I never found this pit until after the last show

    I can't wait

I've never seen back to back shows before

I think we're in for a real treat.

Agreed, people are gonna be pumped. Say a fan has tickets and invites his or her friend to both nights, the first night they will dig dig it, and by the second night they will be a hardcore fan.

During the Kitchener fundraiser, some of us wore name tags...we can get a bunch and write our pit alias and/or real name...

don't worry MrMerkinball.... the Loose Moose will be so full of PJ fans, almost every conversation you have will go like this:

    "hi!"
    "hi, how are you?"
"good... are you here for the PJ show?"
"yah!... are you on the board?"
    etc...

that's what it was like at the Walper in Kitchener... met lots of people...
nametags did speed up the process though... :)
