Yeah, but they mark up shipping so much anyways. Even more $$$ for them.jimed14 wrote:Jason P wrote:I think we can all agree the poster pre-sale thing from a few years ago worked great. Why don't they still do that?
I'd guess shipping.
I'm not saying you're wrong, but from their perspective I'm thinking that shipping 8,000 posters to one location is vastly easier than shipping 8,000 posters to 8,000 locations.
If you've ever rolled, tubed and shipped a TON of posters, then had to deal with shipping and eventually a few shipping complaints ... you'd know that it is *zero* fun.
They could charge $20 shipping per poster and it's not worth the headache."You're one of the few Red Sox fans I don't mind." - Newch91

Is it me, or does it seem like the majority of fans left early for Chicago just so they could get the merch before it sold out.stickfig13 wrote:This reminds me of the first Ed solo tour. The zippos. The posters. The hoodies....
All available online via 10C at a bargain price within 6 months.
Get your asses out of line and go across the street and get the party started!!!
It's a fucking rock show!
I agree. Go have a couple of f'ing beers, get happy and buy the merch you want the day of the show. And so you see, I have come to doubt

have posters ready where you pick up the 10C tix, they cross you off on the list, see that you have also paid for a poster and give you one.jimed14 wrote:

This whole concert and all the posters and 3 days of merchandise and much more .. all the $$$ being made .. along with a lot of po'ed true fans this show better be all that and more.

So, it sounds like the pennants, posters and stickers are gone and the woman's hoodie. Anything else sold out?
I am stuck in Ohio with my father as he is in the hospital. Glad I did not score tickets in January. Family is the most important thing, or was it breakfast? (AD reference)
Anyhow, has anyone heard about the trading cards being sold out? I have a friend willing to drive an hour to pick up some for me, but would hate to have her waste the time. Thoughts?0 -
Heard the setup there is shockingly inept0

In London - to get your tickets - you got into 1 massive line - then when you got to the front - they asked which line you were in? I'm in this one - lol. Somehow one massive line was to know to divide itself alphabetically - through osmosis I guess - since no one told us. Joke. Don't blame 10c or PJ - it is the venue's ineptitude.Your Disciples Are Riddled With Metaphors.
