N. Korean Nuclear Threats

Oh, and of course being a forum for talking0

So what is the answer here?
The U.S. shouldn't be killing off leaders to other countries, the U.S. shouldn't be involved in a preemptive strike, and I'm not saying I disagree, but what are the other options?
Let him toss a few missles over the boader into the South? Or at Japan?
Or any of our bases within reach?
That would only lead to us hitting them back, and hard.
Why not just take the guy out with one well placed shot to avoid that? Again, I'm just looking for possible
solutions here, I don't know if I agree with assassinating him, I just like the the odds of doing that and a few
dying as opposed to 1000's or more by letting him go.Peace, Love.

He was difficult to understand but very gentle and very friendly and I always like seeing him (he has since passed away). I am thankful for that nice old Korean man because he reminded me that the craziness is about the bat-shit crazy leaders in N.K., not the people.
I asked him where he was from. he replies, "i'm north korean" then he watches me to see if im whiggin out which i'm not. he then says he is kidding with me & says he is south korean. in south korea the youth are running a badass algebra, calculus or physics calculator at age 4 or 5. hence Jew being one badass son of a bitch at solving difficult math problems.
however, Jew, is no Ian either. I witnessed Ian do Jew's calculus or physics homework upside down in light speed timing. Ian is a portly american kid.for poetry through the ceiling. ISBN: 1 4241 8840 7

wouldn't they probably have been blown to shit if the US gov't didn't have full faith in its ability to shoot the rockets down?Post edited by mikepegg44 onthat’s right! Can’t we all just get together and focus on our real enemies: monogamous gays and stem cells… - Ned Flanders

I would agree, except that Obama is not your typical Dem POTUS.
He's not really afraid to bomb shit. From what I've read, the POTUS went against all his top advisors and Biden about putting troops on the groud to get UBL.
If N. Korea keeps it up, I can fully see Obama taking it up a notch.Peace, Love.

Are these maniacs just puffing up their chests (or "dick waving", as George Carlin used to say) or are they really going to fire? What madness this is.

(CNN) -- North Korea has raised at least one missile into its upright firing position, feeding concerns that a launch is imminent, a U.S. official told CNN Thursday.
This comes as the world continued to keep watch for a possible missile launch by the secretive government, and a day before U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is expected to arrive in the region.

In the latest daily tough talk from the North, a government agency is quoted by the state-run media as saying that "war can break out any moment."
Life is generally continuing as normal in the region, however, despite the North's barrage of recent threats, which have included warnings to foreigners on the peninsula about their safety in the event of conflict,
South Koreans, who have experienced decades of North Korean rage and posturing -- and occasional localized attacks -- have gone about their daily business without alarm.
"South Korea has been living under such threats from the past, and we are always prepared for it," South Korean Unification Minister Ryoo Kihl-jae told CNN Wednesday. He called the current climate "a very ordinary situation."
Tourist visits to the North appear not to have been significantly affected by the situation. China says that while some tour groups have canceled trips, the border between the two countries is still operating normally.0 -
Well if they do. Austin, Tx is high on the list.
So I will have to say goodbye to all you friendly people.
