years ago it was wild fun, nowi saw half of my life in front of my eyes (solat, daughter...c'mon)...then i couldn';t see anything more and lost my voice...
all athem chorus stuff just made me crying like best soap opera...yesssss im very old and sentimental lady:)

thanks Polish Linkin Park fanatics for destroying my camera, devastating my shoes and finally screwing up the whole night. I'm so surprised that somebody wasn't killed that night ... I've seen houndreds of people in pain. Every single second security guys was taking out fans. It was terrible.
I've lost my friends during first seconds of LP and haven't seen them till the show was over. The crowd were outstanding ... total assholes.

The last year show in Prague was much better ... not because the performance or something but just because the friendly atmosphere during the whole show. This was terrible. The fans totally didn't come in peace :-/

so once again thanks for screwing up the show!

I belive that Bartek has a Corel Draw file with the design of this shirt. Might be easier to make a t-shirt by yourself than wait for someone to send you one.
  • I was lucky enough to be there... :) My first PJ show, couldn't have been better, could have only be a little longer. But I won't complain, the boys did more than they could and it really wasn't their fault that the organization totally sucked.

What I do understand is the complaints of many people about some fans going totally wild... For the majority of the concert, it was absolutely impossible to even approach the pit. Initially, I was really close to the stage and had to move away after the first couple of minutes of the show, 'cause I was SERIOUSLY afraid for my life. Found a cool spot several meters further back but even there all throughout the show I had a girl behind me jumping wildly and throwing her bag about and constantly hitting me on the head with it, and I gotta tell you it was pretty heavy!!.. I asked her to stop but she would only laugh stupidly and say that I'm "in a concert and should get used." ...

Now, it's really impossible for some of us to REALLY enjoy the show in such a situation! It was a really emotional thing for me, and I want to enjoy every minute of it, and not just think if I'm gonna fall over and if the crowd's gonna step over me.

Things like Roskilde don't only happen because of the crappy organization. I daresay they happen 'cause most of the people in the front just never bother to take a look around themselves.
.. are you woman enough to be my man ..?

what pisses me off more than anything is people buying a bunch of posters then selling them on ebay for ridiculous amounts of money...after the show I wanted to get one, but of course they didn't have any and a day later people are selling them on ebay!! They should set a limit at the shows.

My photos of the Poland show:

    The Venue
Inside the stadium(Really like this photo)

    A few of Linkin Park

    The stage being set up
    The stage set up
    Close up of the banners

Then loads of really blurry photos of PJ (The camera kept focussing on people's arms)
    Fedora!

    The mayhem of leaving

    Poster
    Tshirt 1: Front Back
    Tshirt 2: Front Back
Tshirt 3: Front (Nothing on back)
There was a 4th Tshirt with the banner logo on the front and a map of europe with the dates marked on it & "WE COME IN PEACE" on the back

All in all, pretty rubbish for photos, we were too far back for how dark it was, but I guess the stage ones are alright.

Don't know what people are complaining at this show was amazing. A little short maybe but its quality not quantity that makes a show. They wanted to play longer but the curfew must have been pretty strict, superb none the less.

  • I found your (Polak) Linkin Park fans quite rude and impolite...

..there was a girl and her female friend, they just seem to have less experience attending shows like this one was...

I was on a fence for like 2 hrs before bands started to play...was waiting for PJ to start...and she (stupid) got herself between me and a girl that was standing next to me...though it was obvious that there's no room for her...

...and she was trying to push us out all the time LP pas playing...

...it just pissed me of, but all my thanks to her cause she left when LP finished.!

...sorry, but I just had to mention this

Ugh.. Any idea about their names or what they looked like? Cos I travelled there with two girls and they were up for LP and then left to the back for PJ (while I was on Stone's eventual side of the stage, they were on Mike's side).

EDIT: Actually no my bad, couldn't have been them I just figured hehe, cos they weren't up front.. Thank god, I felt a little embarrassed ;) apologies.

It was my very first Peal Jam concert and I really loved it :)
I mean I prayed for it since june last year, and finally my dreams came true that night :)
I know it might have been better but I'm just so grateful for what happend that I won't spoil my memories with what could have happend :)
At first I was near the centre of the stage about three or two rows before the barriers, but when four high guys almost crushed me I had to get out of there and I was pulled out. Three security guys and those 4 guys that earlier tried to kill me, couldn't get me out of that hell for several minutes! Eventually I got out and than stood on the right side of the scene, which was perfect, because people there were amazing! They always passed water to fans standing in the back and sharing the music with them was a pleasure :)
The band was amazing too. I really did not expect them to pass us so much passion and energy! They kicked ass! Even though there were problems with sound and lights the show was awesome. I've never been to a better concert and I really hope to go to another PJ's concert soon.
The most amazing moment for me was when we all sung the ending of Black and Eddie made some sounds which I've never expected a man could make. The whole set was amazing I still can not believe I heared those songs! Small town, reaviewmirros and Indefference...it was like a dream!
I accidentally recorded that improv but it's on my cell phone and the quality sucks and I don't know how to change the format into .avi or anything so I could post it somewhere...
Well anyway I'm quite upset that some of my country folks were acting like idiots and I'm ashamed that some of you may think all Poles are like that. Some of them are, but it's not a majority thank God :)
    Oh well.
    Thanks for the great show!!!!
Any news about a bootleg of that show?

hmmm I'm sure this happened to more people but am wondering if I'm the girl that was stood next to you ... front row Stone's side in front of where the water was being given out from. If so the LP girl was trying to get her hip between us and putting her arm (and a couple of her friends arms) around you and then she was also holding a couple of bags in between us ... then she got pulled out part way through LP's set ... if it was you I stood next to all night nice to kind of meet you :D
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?
