as long as i'm on the floor in brisbane it's close enough, our seats last time were crap right up the back and we were on the fone to tickettek for ages for that and it was the 2nd show

unlucky man, i got 5th row for night 2 from ticketek

thats hard to say since im still "new" to buying tix i Aus. i would say about $10 less per ticket. maybe in the $80- $90 range for the top ticket in each city, going over $100 is really expensive for the general public.

last year on the Candian tour i was paying $75 CAD through 10C for tickets that were $60 through ticketmaster. fan club buyers outside of america have to deal with the exchnage rate and im sure the 10C has admin stuff to deal with since they are working outside of their home country.

thank you, this is heartening news!

although they did have those $122 tix on sale thru preferredseating or virginblue or whatever. so maybe we are paying what the public will pay. i still hope though.

To go to Adelaide too, w would have to fly from Townsville to Brisbane then Brisbane to Adelaide -- minimum $700....x 2 = $1,400 just for flights!

Definitely not going to Adelaide -- I'm glad I got that out of my system!!!

Don't stress there Zig, not much you can do.

I think I need to form a support group for people like us whose plans have changed.

    That'll tell you exactly.

    Thanks.

$175.84 American dollars for my two Sydney tickets equals $227.56 Australian dollars.

For that price I'll expect a strip tease from Eddie. ;)

For the first Brisbane concert in 2003, I rang up Ticketek at 9am on the dot and got through a few mins later -- we got the floor about 20 rows back. Couldn't see anything but the atmosphere was fantastic! When I looked up at the angle seats, there were people SITTING DOWN!!! **shakes head** Some people just don't get it.

DAvid Bowie was the same -- except I was on the angle seats looking down at EVERYONE standing, jumping, screaming, dancing! Regarless of whether I never see again, I'm always going on the floor.

  • Ok so I just got tix to Melbourne. But here's my problem. I'm in NZ. I had a friend who was gonna get tix to Melbourne and I was gonna use her tix. But I though she had forgotten casue she wasn't online. She ALSO got tix. Which means we can't got together. She is very pissed of at me now. I've emailed the ticketing dept. @ Ten Club and explained my situation. I hope they can sort it out. It hasn't been charged to the Visa yet so I'm guessing It takes awhile to process it. Any advice???

If 10C can not cancel my order I will sell my tickets to a 10C member. Please PM me if you are interested. First in first served. Remember it all depends on if 10C can cancel my order so I can't garuntee you'll get tix. If you have no idea what I'm talking about please read the quote above^^^

Tickets on sale at ticketek will be $112.40. I think that will be the case for all shows btw. This is pretty close to the 10C ticket price.

I have based this information off of http://www.preferredseating.com.au

The consistently charge the regular price for tickets and then add their promoters fee to it.
