Australia and NZ tour rumours going around Part 2 (No Bullshit)

The origional tour rumours going around ticketmaster has been closed down, but we are not going to stop until we get our tour. we reached 100 000 views and almost 10000 posts. it is time to restart and rebuild what was broken, and keep voicing out until we get our tour. so my challenge to all the australian/NZ pit members is: reach another 100000 views and 10000 posts BEFORE pearl jam touches down on our shores for a tour. keep the thread clean, legal and PJ related and it will stay.

Below is a list of Australian and NZ pit members, with their ten club no. If you are not on the list PM me and i will add you. Also below are the rumoured dates for the tour. as time goes on i will update it once we get new information.

UPDATE MAY 2006 - Dates Released! Pearl Jam will be touring Australia in November 2006, with Kings of Leon (wicked) supporting them. Here are the dates released so far, more to come soon. Tickets go on sale Friday, 19 May. Make sure your ten club membership is not expired to get the best seats. The sale begins on 13th at 9am easterrn standard time, so get ready! Also i have received word from the ten club that IF additional shows are added, ten club members will get dibs on first seats. AWESOME! THANKS TEN CLUB

UPDATE MAY 24th 2006 - Dates released for Melb3 and Adelaide2. no word on ten club tickets. you must buy your tickets online or in person. Melb 3 sale starts 9am Eastern standard time, Adelaide2 starts 9am Central Aust time. Get ready!

I'm a little confused right now. Is the wws single going to be available in stores, or only as a download? I have heard it is on the aussie itunes music store, however I am having trouble getting it to open, keep getting an error message. I apologise if this has already been discussed, or is displayed somewhere obvious that I have not seen!

Also, one more question.

When I read the album pre-order offer, it says International Residents will receive their shipment in 4-6 weeks. This puts us pretty much at or before the actual release date. Some are suggesting in other threads that we receive it 4-6 weeks after the release date.

Is anyone more clear about this than I???

I gave Leigh Unemployable to listen to last night (which is Track 2 on the disc) and he skipped to track 2 and I said "Noooo, you have to listen to WWS first" and he said "why" and I said "because it makes you feel like you're listening to the album -- ie 2 new consecutive songs"....but then the cd stopped after 2 songs and I was back to reality... :(

I'm loving it all so far. Worldwide Suicide is a good song to rock to, while Unemployable is a good song to chill out to. Gone is beautiful too ... it doesn't get the attention it deserves. I have pre-ordered the new CD .. all I need now is tour dates from the Australian tour to top it all off and I'll be happy.
