    nice win.

yeah it was. I have Papelbon on my fantasy team and while I wasn't about to get too down about the blown save (it was just his first all year), I was very happy to see him bailed out and get the cheap win. The Summer of Dom rolls on I guess.

watching howard run the bases is almost as bad as watching vick attempt to read a defense. that play at 3rd last night almost cost them the game.

David Murphy is great. Refreshing to have someone write the truth about this team...brookover and salisbury are a joke. Good read...amaro is the worst

Franco promoted to Reading. Good shit...looks like they now have 2 potential position prospects (along with quinn), pre 2013 draft. too early to tell if tocci can be something, even though he's having a decent year based on age and level.

Fucking Charlie with these defensive replacements. We don't score enough to warrant these changes. If Galvis makes a good throw to Paps the game is over. Is Freddy that much better than Frandsen? Why is Delmon Young still playing?
    Alright, alright, alright!

don't forget intentionally walking a .220 hitter in the 10th. I hate intentionally walking guys especially with relievers who struggle to throw strikes.

and I don't get this fan base's fascination with freddy galvis. he's is hitting .208 this season and .218 over the 2 years in the majors so far. nice defensive player and somewhat versatile, yet some of this fan base want's him to be an everyday starter. the backup in philly is always the best place to be because the fans think you are great. it's the AJ Feeley syndrome.

Thankfully I missed the top of the 10th by putting Anchorman on.

Fire Charlie and Ruben. Trade Papelbon, Rollins, Ruiz and M. Young. Cut D. Young and M. Martinez. Hire Arbuckle and Sandberg. Bring up Asche, Ruf and whoever else too fill in the gaps. Ps I hate this team!!!

People want galvis because he is unknown. I'll take the unknown over guys who suck (M young, who you wanted here) every time.

This team stinks. Let the young guys play and get experience. Seeing Michael Young, Delmon Young, Mayberry, Howard, etc play everyday is a waste. We already know they all suck

Ineptitude running rampant. Frustrating to read, but certainly not surprising. I hope everyone is ready for a decade of sucking, because that's what these dopes have laid the foundation for.

i just love this theory that people throw around...play the young guys...and win about 60 games. wtf has galvis done to deserve a starting job in the majors? he can't hit. and that was the knock on him in the minors before coming to the majors.

if you want to argue frandsen at 3rd over young i'll give you that, he has at least performed at the major league level offensively in his 1+ years in the majors.
