I'm getting the feeling we're not alone in that! I am ridiculously keyed up for something that is nearly 6 months away!

Let's be honest - the sheets at the hyatt are probably cleaner than the ones on your bed. :P

I got the hotel booked and I just put in for the lottery.
It's making me nervous. :D My best buddy put in for it too, so at least I got some local support

I used to get a killer discount through my sis (hooked up a pretty good deal for the 2010 STL/KC shows for 10c peeps), but alas she changed jobs.

I'm gonna see what I can do, though - worth a shot, right?

I got a hold of some decent rates on a couple of places, so I'll make some calls the first part of next week. Oh, and then I have to hope that I can get off of work (my boss is SUPER stingy about Fridays) and win the lottery! That doesn't sound too hard, does it?

Might as well join the crowd, just booked a room here as well for Fri & Sat. Can cancel up to 24 hours before so plenty of time to change it there is a better deal later. Babysitter arranged for the weekend, now to worry about getting tickets to the show!

So are people interested in scoring a discount elsewhere, or has the Hyatt pretty much it?

I really don't mind calling around tomorrow on my day off, but unfortunately, I only have a potential "in" at the W or the Westin. Let me know, guys!

The AAA rate was $161/night, not bad for Chicago.
