It's embarrassing to hear people spout weird conspiracies about the assassination attempt. It was real. His ear was grazed. He's not going to release anything because that would be embarrassing after he played it up. He doesn't want to talk about it because then people might come looking for medical reports that dismiss the injury. The image and memory of that day has already been exaggerated and cemented his status for many MAGA supporters so letting it lie is the best case scenario. Same thing with the Kirk shooting. The more detail you provide the less it interests people. It's all about the storytelling aspect and the ability to have loose versions of the events to amp up martyrdom. These people are god like and the chosen one's doing God's work.

He played it up for a few weeks (by wearing that ridiculous bandage). As well as promoting that “fight” image and making a coin of it. That coin is still for sale.  What do you want to know? Do you think it was faked or staged. Or he wasn’t the shooter? Putting “shooter” in quotes looks like you think it wasn’t real?
He absolutely was shot in the ear. It was also just a graze and he played it up with that giant bandage.

So what about the guy that was killed? They just shot him to make it look real? An unwilling participant?

you do not think that trump would think twice about having someone killed? look at him killing people on boats. he does not care. you don't think his advisors would think twice or object to him pulling something like that?

It's not just his advisors. You would have to convince the SS team and local law enforcement. And find a kid willing to die for the ploy, or at least convince him it will be covered up and he'll live a happy life (which who would believe that?). Then you have to convince the head of Secret Service to defend the actions for several weeks before she finally resigns. All without word leaking out, without one person in the secret service or local law enforcement standing up and saying "nah, I'm not cool with this." And then have all the media in on it and not dig up any history on the shooter.
And then actually pull it off. Have Trump duck and begin bleeding from the ear at the exact time the gun was fired. He looked genuinely shocked, like he thought he got stung by a bee. I've seen Home Alone 2, he's not that good of an actor. 

Or, the simpler truth, that he was a deranged individual. Security was very poor that day. The secret service team had become complacent in their jobs and did a poor job that day and this deranged individual got lucky enough to be able to pull off a shot. He missed by a few mm and killed someone in the background. That to me seems much more plausible. He was a loner, so there isn't much to know about him. Didn't have friends or a social media profile. Was just a loner who thought he could make a difference or wanted his name to finally be known, who knowns what his motive was. 

Not one medical report zero nada who was the attending MD? Go back and take a look at the detailed MD report for Regan getting shot! 

I don't think his ear was seriously injured. It was probably a graze that didn't even require stitches. I do believe he 100% played it up by wearing a comically oversized bandaged for 2 weeks when simple bandaid for a day or 2 was all he needed. 
Which is why he hasn't released any medical records.

because it was.

a medical professional would have put something like a pressure dressing over it. or they would have done an ear pack. because if that ear skin was shot and then sutured closed, the ear would have swelled and if his ear did not have a piece missing, without a pressure dressing for weeks it would have developed a cauliflower ear, which it definitely did not. just looking at what we know about the medical information and just looking at the ear now, it was a hoax.

Have you considered your theory requires the unwavering commitment of Biden's DHS? Why would he/they allow this elaborate scheme to increase sympathy for the opposition? How did they get local law enforcement on board? They were made aware of someone on the roof and didn't prevent the shooting. I believe it was incompetence. But if this was a ploy, how'd they get them on board?
How did they recruit the shooter? Did they approach him and convince him he'd be a hero, or they'd let him get by? Did he know it was a suicide mission?
They managed all that without one person leaking it? Without one person saying they wouldn't take part it in? There's just too many moving parts for this to be a logical theory.

So it doesn't matter? If there was actual evidence of a staged assassination, Biden would have just ignored it too?
If there was any proof whatsoever of a stage, it would have been the end of Trump, and probably the Republican Party. So the risk/reward wouldn't have been worth it. Consider all the people who would have had to go along with it, the risk would have been pretty high. And Biden never would have let it go (rightfully so) if any evidence supporting these theories surfaced. It's not just about brainwashing the right. 
I'm actually pretty shocked there are multiple people here who still believe this conspiracy theory.
