Having cannoli was one if my 'must do' things I checked off when I was in NYC last year after PJ20. :)

That reminds me of Casino..."From now on I want an equal amount of blueberries in EVERY muffin!" "Do you have any idea how long that's going to take?!"

Do they still sell those Otis Spunkmeyer muffins? They used to be everywhere but I haven't noticed any for a while now. Maybe they went the way of Krispy Kreme. People caught on to the fact they were literally all just fat and sugar. But damn they were good.

or maybe people grew weary of eating things with frosting on them from a guy named SPUNKmeyer

Fisher scones are a staple at the state fair here...no scone is better than a Fisher scone.

Obviously the OP has not tasted a really nice muffin! Though I do tend to agree with him when he says: "Who really wants a whole grain muffin?"

Scones! Nothing like a cream tea in the UK. Beautiful soft, warm scones with clotted cream and strawberry preserve... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Better than deep fried butter/Coke/Oreos, I guess. Still a lame-ass scone, though. It's a fair, get a funnel cake and regret it later.

Not only do all the mentions of cream make me retch a little but this whole argument seems to be in my favor: Fuck scones!

fuck your deep fried oreos and funnel cakes...I'll keep my scones and all their damn crumbs to myself and redrock!
