Agreed. Member 209…. And I got the worst seats I’ve ever had for Chicago at UC (my home) only to get an email the next day that I got moved to even worse. 23+ years seniority in 10c. Have a friend who had 100 level only to get the reassigned email to the rafters in the 300 level. I’m sure the short run of shows is part to blame but I haven’t been this far back in ANY city since MSG in 2004 when I only had a couple years in 10c

However, I'd like to know when you will address the multiple charges on our accounts. Initially, I "won" 7 of the 9 shows I requested and all charges cleared my account. Then Wednesday night I receive an email that my charges were declined. How could this be when my money was taken from my account, I have transaction IDs and receipts to confirm? The email said I had to resubmit my request again and reluctantly, I did because I didn't want to lose out at all.
This morning, the show confirmation emails are coming into my account which is great news. But with each new confirmation, is a new charge on my card. A charge that already has been paid for and shouldn't have been flagged as declined in the first place.
I'd like to understand what went wrong, and when will refunds for the overcharges go through?

Anyways, it would be cool for Pearl Jam to do a private show at the Metro for TenClub members and the band's guests. Proceeds can benefit the Vitalogy Foundation and other areas close to the band's passions. Due to the limited venue capacity and our desire to help others as much as possible, tickets would be a premium - let's say $1250 per person to get in (more than the Hurricane Katrina Benefit in 2005 at the HOB Chicago but because we have to adjust for inflation...slightly).
I remember paying $1k for a single ticket to get into that Hurricane Katrina Benefit and it was worth every penny to see the band in a small venue with Robert Plant sharing the stage. And I'd do it again if it means raising money for important causes, seeing the band play in a small venue, and hanging out with fellow humans. Thanks for listening!

My name is Dallas and it was suggested by a fellow member of FB page Members of Pearl Jam Tem club that I comment here. I have not ever posted anything on here but I was wondering if anyone in this group knows how to request a song be dedicated at a PJ concert. My younger uncle was killed in a senseless act of gun violence on June 26th in a costal town of southern Mexico. He was just 32 years old. This is one of my last memories of us hanging together. I would like to dedicate Long Road to him at the Austin show on Sept 18th. I'm sure the guys get tons of requests I am just wondering if anyone know the best way.

Love all the comments so far. Maybe we could get reasonable shipping rates on purchases? I just tried to pre-order the 10C version of the Dark Matter album and it is charging me $28 for shipping. Remember when the 10C would limit you to two tickets for an entire show? It was fantastic. There was a much better chance of going to a show you wanted to go to, and there was a good chance if you had a low number you'd get legit bad ass seats.
The last time I felt like I had a fighting chance was 2003 in Lexington. Front row center. Fanclub #123,xxx

* I will admit, the best 10c seat I ever got was the first one, back in 1998. Front row ctr SEAT, right below Ed's mic stand, his sweat falling on my arms. That was snail mail postcard request days, which can't happen now.
I’ve been a
hardcore fan of this band since 10 and have seen every tour and travelled abroad
many times to see them. I’m almost 60 years old so I’m not naïve about economics
or how things work in the real world. However, like many fans I’m shocked by
the prices for this tour and what appears to be blatant money grabbing by the
band. I’ve read all the arguments from fans trying to excuse this by citing the
increased cost of touring post Covid etc. but when you see that the Foo Fighters
are touring similar venues and not charging anywhere near PJ’s prices this doesn’t
ass up. PJ have no big stage set up with big visuals like U2, Muse or other
bands so I fail to see how they can justify these prices. What sticks in the
throat especially is that PJ have always portrayed themselves as being about
more than music and have championed values like care for their fans, community,
progressive politics etc. I have a good well paid job and can afford the
prices, but I’m so shocked at this that I feel like I’d be colluding in the
band screwing their fans if I pay these prices. From what I’ve seen online many
others feel the same. I’m aware that there’s a dedicated thread for the tour
but most of the commentary there seems to be about logistics and how the ticket
lotter will operate. I feel this is a separate issue that needs it’s own
thread. Anyone else feel betrayed by the band?

The shipping rate to Chile for the new vinyl record is 70.52 more expensive than the vinyl itself. This is outrageous.
Remember the 90's when they were fighting against Ticketmaster for ticket prices, well this goes totally against that spirit.

I Am in favor of better tickets, but less of them if necessary. A 10c ticket should truly be a good ticket, not nosebleeds.
I’ve been a hardcore fan of this band since 10 and have seen every tour and travelled abroad many times to see them. I’m almost 60 years old so I’m not naïve about economics or how things work in the real world. However, like many fans I’m shocked by the prices for this tour and what appears to be blatant money grabbing by the band. I’ve read all the arguments from fans trying to excuse this by citing the increased cost of touring post Covid etc. but when you see that the Foo Fighters are touring similar venues and not charging anywhere near PJ’s prices this doesn’t ass up. PJ have no big stage set up with big visuals like U2, Muse or other bands so I fail to see how they can justify these prices. What sticks in the throat especially is that PJ have always portrayed themselves as being about more than music and have championed values like care for their fans, community, progressive politics etc. I have a good well paid job and can afford the prices, but I’m so shocked at this that I feel like I’d be colluding in the band screwing their fans if I pay these prices. From what I’ve seen online many others feel the same. I’m aware that there’s a dedicated thread for the tour but most of the commentary there seems to be about logistics and how the ticket lotter will operate. I feel this is a separate issue that needs it’s own thread. Anyone else feel betrayed by the band?
