Agreed. Member 209…. And I got the worst seats I’ve ever had for Chicago at UC (my home) only to get an email the next day that I got moved to even worse. 23+ years seniority in 10c. Have a friend who had 100 level only to get the reassigned email to the rafters in the 300 level. I’m sure the short run of shows is part to blame but I haven’t been this far back in ANY city since MSG in 2004 when I only had a couple years in 10c

PRIORITY TICKETING - Ten Club holds the best tickets in the house for members-only presale opportunities and rewards longtime fans for their dedication with seniority-based seating. Ten Club continually improves upon its ticketing program to ensure that fan club members have access to the most tickets possible per show.

Is this still true? Considering how this tour launch played out.

Thank you, 10 Club staff for the statement you posted on the website yesterday. I know this is a nightmare week for you and I recognize you're doing the best you can right now.

However, I'd like to know when you will address the multiple charges on our accounts. Initially, I "won" 7 of the 9 shows I requested and all charges cleared my account. Then Wednesday night I receive an email that my charges were declined. How could this be when my money was taken from my account, I have transaction IDs and receipts to confirm?  The email said I had to resubmit my request again and reluctantly, I did because I didn't want to lose out at all.

This morning, the show confirmation emails are coming into my account which is great news. But with each new confirmation, is a new charge on my card. A charge that already has been paid for and shouldn't have been flagged as declined in the first place.

I'd like to understand what went wrong, and when will refunds for the overcharges go through?

    Thanks.

Love the band.  Have never felt better passing on shows(s) after what I saw they had become in 2022; compared to prior tours.  Good luck to all!

Their letter sent out indicated that both PJ and TM made a mistake, separately. They took responsibility for their error.  How many multimillionaires do you know that apologize and admit their mistakes and then correct it?

The Metro (aka Cabaret Metro) in Chicago has been celebrating its 40th anniversary.  Might be 41 when PJ comes to town in September, but I'm not sure.  Anyways, it would be cool for Pearl Jam to do a private show at the Metro for TenClub members and the band's guests.  Proceeds can benefit the Vitalogy Foundation and other areas close to the band's passions.  Due to the limited venue capacity and our desire to help others as much as possible, tickets would be a premium - let's say $1250 per person to get in (more than the Hurricane Katrina Benefit in 2005 at the HOB Chicago but because we have to adjust for inflation...slightly).

I remember paying $1k for a single ticket to get into that Hurricane Katrina Benefit and it was worth every penny to see the band in a small venue with Robert Plant sharing the stage. And I'd do it again if it means raising money for important causes, seeing the band play in a small venue, and hanging out with fellow humans.  Thanks for listening!

Would be awesome, tix would be hard to get, at that price I would not be in the game, but I'm sure many others would be.
