Black and black and black and black. Black and black and black. I can sing a t-shirt, sing a t-shirt...

PLEASE have some other colours for your t-shirts in the merch stalls. Examples include, but are not limited to:

    Red
    Yellow
    Orange
    Green
    Blue
    Orange

Even if you have another color, please always have a black choice!  Black is neutral, goes with anything, looks good on everybody, is flattering if you've gained a few pounds, doesn't show the tour food you've spilled on it... Black is pretty perfect.
Other colors are good too, (one of my very favorite PJ tees is red Portland 2006 with Mike on the back), but black is always a good choice.
Black sucks if you have a cat. And anyone who doesn't have a cat suck.

    As the saying goes.

    black shirts, black cat :)

I think we can all agree the past was great and the present is awful. So many dissatisfied and disillusioned true fans.
My hope is the big shows don't sell out. But it won't change a thing
We don't all agree, not in the context of Pearl Jam, and not in the context of the world. A lot of these "true" fans have shown that their fandom is an inch deep, not because they're balking at the ticket prices, which is a totally fair response, but because they've leaped to the conclusion because of those prices that Pearl Jam are greedy a-holes who don't care about their fans, despite thirty-plus years of demonstrating that they do. And a lot of these same "true" fans have next to no interest in any of band's creative output since 1998 which, again, is their prerogative as taste is subjective, but it doesn't suggest a deep reservoir of faith in the band.
Is there nothing you won’t defend this band for?  Where there’s smoke there’s usually fire.  Things have changed with the fan club tickets and we know you don’t think it is worse than before, but it seems like you’re in the minority.
I've said plenty of times that the fan club's communication with its members leaves a lot to be desired. I have also been critical of Eddie's move away from fame avoidance to starfucking. I was also very vocal about the poor job by the band and the fan club with respect to the last two annual singles. The funny thing is, at that time, a lot of people chalked me up as one of those people who complains about everything. Now I've got people saying I think the band can do no wrong. Here's the actual deal: I'm an objective person who has been a fan of this band for over 30 years and seen them treat their fans very well throughout that period, and who has benefited from the band's generous treatment of its fans repeatedly. I'm not going to throw them under the bus because a portion of their tickets are priced at a premium when they still managed to get tens of thousands of tickets into the hands of fan club members at face value, something which most artists don't do. Again, everyone posting here is in Pearl Jam's fan club. It's amazing how many people in the band's fan club do not give the band the benefit of the doubt.

And, of course, I'm as critical as anyone else when it comes to the incontrovertible fact that everything that's wrong with the world is Stone's fault.

i think it's a very thin line. i neither want to throw the band under the bus nor would i want to make excuses on their behalf.

i also think they've treated the fans well over the years, which makes me hold them to a higher standard (it's actually a compliment). not saying all my ethics come from a rock band, but ironically growing up with pearl jam is exactly what triggers my negative reaction to the current developments.

i give everyone the benefit of the doubt (well, except ticketmaster), i simply don't know the system or people involved in it. some communication and transparency would have been very helpful. maybe there's a reasonable calculation behind all this (even if it's just "well, we have to charge more because stone needs a bigger boat"), but since it's a black box it appears to be fishy ..

    thanks, stone.

It is possible to bring back the poster presale experience from 2009? Where those who have a 10Club ticket to the show can preorder the poster online?

Clearly, voices are being censored here for “letting their voices be heard”. Life-long fans being banned for speaking up about ticket prices, for a band who has made a career out of advocating for the little people, free speech, and shaming corporate greed. G-R-E-E-D. Sad.

Took a few weeks away from here after getting shut out at Wrigley.  Looks like there hasn't been anyone that has addressed any of the complaints besides maybe the forum mobile page?  I guess I have to July to figure out if I renew or not.  A lot of people will move up a spot, member since 98.

I would ask 10C and the band to consider some smaller venue shows for 10C members. I appreciate they'd probably make a loss on this but for example for the UK be great to have a couple of big shows with a smaller venue in there somewhere for only 10C members. I seem to remember there was a gig at the old Marquee Club years ago, so something like that would be amazing. Also can you get 3rd Secret as a support at some point?  ;)

I hope they prove me wrong, but I truly don’t think they care enough about the 10c anymore to do shows like that…at least the way they handle their tickets these last handful of tours makes me think that way.

Also, those of us who ordered the vinyl from 10club, will we receive a digital download?

Can the 10C send the album down under before the 18th? Postage sucks here so chances of getting it on release day are minimal anyway. Gigaton shipped the day before release to NZ which was no good
