I don't even know what I want to happen at this point. I have a feeling that no matter what happens to Walt, things are not going to end well for Jesse.
- Calling the episode "Confessions" and starting with the Hank & Jesse sceen, they made it look like Jesse will talk to him. But the DVD was a real shock. THis show never ceases to amaze with Heisenberg's brilliance all through.
- The scene Walt worked his own son was unbelievable. That and the DVD thing illustrate what kind of son of a bitch he has become.
- It was time for Jesse to get the Lily of the valley incident. Now he has a purpose in life.

Im still pulling for Heisenberg somehow too. And I hope Jesse can survive, tho Im not sure how both Walt and Jesse could co-exist after this... At the same time, I'd really like to give Jesse a hug :( . The wives and Hank need to go tho.
And did I read the quotes right... Heisenberg is pulling for Hank? That is blasphemy!!

I was a little confused as to how Jesse, realizing Huell lifted his weed, had put it all together that Walt was to blame in the end.
After all, it wasnt the ricin that poisoned Brock.
I know that it points to Saul, who in turn, works for Walt.
And so you see, I have come to doubt All that I once held as true I stand alone without beliefs The only truth I know is you.

I think it also ties back to Jesse's comment earlier in the episode that Walt is always working him. Jesse realized the last time he had something stolen from his possession was the Ricin cigarette that Walt blamed on Gus. Jesse realized that Gus had nothing to do with it and that Walt had played him to get him to do what he wanted.

I actually don't think there are any "good guys" other than Jr and Marie. By law Hank is a very "good guy", maybe even a hero, but I beg to differ. His job is to keep drugs off the streets, however Gomez would tell him they weren't seeing any "blue sky" on the streets, something that should make him happy but instead he would be upset. And when Gomez would tell him that it was back on the streets he would get happy. It's never about doing the right thing or keeping people from ODing it's just about playing his game with Walt. That's all it is to him, a game, which in my opinion is just as bad as being a criminal.

Completely disagree. The only reason that Hank seemed "happy" when he found out the blue stuff was back on the streets is because he knew deep down that Gale wasn't Heisenberg even though most of the evidence pointed in that direction. It was never a game with Hank...it was about taking down Heisenberg.

I don't think that was necessarily the case with Hank. He was upset when blue went away because he believed the guy who made it had drifted away and was still free, when Hank wanted to lock the guy up. Not because of ego (at least not then), but because Hank wanted to the bad guy to go to jail for breaking the law. He was happy when the meth returned because that meant he was a) right about the guy still being out there, and b) he could hopefully find a lead and bust the guy.
Now? Yeah, there's a bit of ego to it in Hank wanting to bust Walt. But I don't think it's Hank playing a game, though.

Another great episode last night. The "confession" was great!

I wasn't completely sure how I felt after watching "Confessions" - meaning which way in my head I think this story flows with 5 episodes left...here is what I walked away with after watching it a 3rd time...
Holy Cow. Has there EVER been a point in this series where you honestly have no clue how it will play out, including characters fates??? Truth be told, I thought Jesse and Hank wouldn't be alive nor Skyler. I definitely thought Lydia would be dead by now...Now all I have are questions, like...
When does Lydia get the Chechnyans involved? Are they on their way to ABQ? Are Walts kids and Skyler going to be murdered in a crossfire of people trying to get Walt? Todd and his uncles? Jesse? What happens to Hank? Does Marie go over Hank directly to Gomez and the DEA guys to "save" Hank? Badger and Skinny? What are they willing to do, how far will they go for Jesse? Saul? Who is he ultimately going to be loyal to? Who ingests the ricin?
Amazing there is 5 hrs left of this incredible story and soooo many questions.
One thing is for sure, the play out will be amazing.
Is it Sunday yet????

Jesse may end up partially burning the house, hence condemning it into the condition we see in the 'flash forward'.

Yeah, that explained it really well. Sepinwall is great...he has an intense review like that for every episode.
The sad thing is...I would watch "Mineral Man"
