Ok, so now I have watched 'Blood Money' 3 times since Sunday ( )and 3 really wacky (maybe important) things stand out to me:
1.Walt really does glean something from each person he 'offs' - the towel folded neatly/precisely before he upchucks in the bathroom - total Gus move...cutting the crusts off the bread like Crazy 8 early in the series, becoming more sinister like the hitmen he killed on Jesse's behalf, etc...So does the bacon foreshadowing in the Dennys (spelling out 52) in Episode 1 of 5A signal Skylar is gonna sleep with the fishes???

I also read that the last name on the id he shows at the Dennys is Skyler's maiden name.

And the jacket in the flash forward is very similar to Jesse's.

I was disappointed when he sold the Aztec. Every time I see one on the road, I cringe a little.

And Badger's Star Trek script was gold. That guy is hilarious.

I know...I loved the Aztec. That was the perfect car for Walt to be driving.....but not for Heisenberg.

6 hrs and 17 minutes until "Buried"...feels like an eternity since last week's ending between Walt and Hank...
Apparently both RJ Mitte & Aaron Paul said this weeks episode is magnificent...can't wait...

  • It's tough going week to week. I watched the first five 1/2 seasons on Netflix in about a month and caught up one week before the start of the second half of season 5. My wife and I would do marathons. We watched season 4 in one weekend.

We're spoiled now. I'll never start watching another show on television.

It's gonna be a long 2 months to finish Breaking Bad, lol.

Subtle intensity. I liked the episode. If Dean Norris keeps acting like this, he's due for an Emmy.

Did anyone else stay up for Talking Bad? Guesses on who Walt & Skylar meet up with for dinner?
Show #13 was a lucky one for me....

Yep...Dean Norris has been so good these first 2 episodes. It's crazy that he is starring in probably the best show on TV and the worst show on TV (Under the Dome) at the same time

Liked Episode 2. I lost track of time and was so mad when the show ended as it did :x.

Another great episode! I really feel like this show will go out in top form. Only complaint is that it seemed too short. :fp:

    Favorite scenes:

The intro/teaser scene..loved the shot of Jesse on the merry-go-round.
Walt panicking after leaving Hank's garage (big contrast to the cool demeanor he had just moments before)
Hank and Skyler in the Diner
    Skyler and Marie
    Walt burying the money
Saul's guys laying down on the cash
    The entire episode, really!

Right?! Last week went long by a few more minutes, so I was kinda hoping the same would happen this week. Since it didn't, I'm really REALLY hoping next week picks right up where this left off ... Hank strolling in, turning off the camera and going to town.

Do you all think Jesse will give Hank information on "Mr. White"?

Depends on how it will go. Right now, Jesse has no idea Hank knows, and Hank doesn't really know how involved Jesse is. So if they both figure that out ... maybe? Hank will have to do some major fence mending with Jesse first, though.

    Yeah...that's what kw & I thought...it should be an interesting sit-down...

So I guess bright yellow means shits about to go down...the "new" meth chef was wearing yellow apron right before Todd & friends came in and mowed everyone down....

:lol: Yes that was funny. I love how they insert humor into the show flawlessly like this and the scrooge mcduck scenes.

That was a great scene, too!

I'm pretty certain Hank is going to try to get Jesse to talk but I'm not sure Jesse will give him up. Jesse seems like he wants to stay as far away as possible from Walt, but I think Jesse will realize he's as deep into it as Walt is.

IF they offer him witness protection...perhaps.

I just cant see Jessie flippin on Walt to Hank, i think he's the exact wrong guy to get Jessie to talk, if anything i think Hank will inspire Jessie to protect Walt just as an F.U. to Hank.

Yeah, it's hard to see that considering how much Jesse hates Hank.
