    Awful first game for the USA. After going up 1-0 on the road like that, you gotta walk away with at least 1 point. Very interesting lineup that Klinnsman put out there. No Bocanegra was a risk that looks like it didn't pay off.

    I can't believe both teams talked the ref out of calling the game in the 54th minute. I can understand the U.S. not wanting to stop being up, but the Costa Rica team didn't want to stop the game either. The conditions are brutal.

    this is awesome. there has to be 2, 3, 4 inches of snow on the field, groundskeepers are running out and shoveling off the lines when they can. it's hard to see the ball.
