    I didn't go through the whole thread, so I am sure that this has been mentioned.

    If you have ever taken economics I am sure that you are familiar with the concept of supply and demand. At the end of the day, this is ED/PJ's job/career.

    Do you work for free or try to not make money? The band does a great job of taking care of their fans, but to pretend that there are not business aspects of running a band/tour is ridiculous.
