They need to switch a couple of the Thanksgiving Day games this year.

It should be the Panthers at the Lions and the Eagles at the Cowboys.

The Bears/Packers game better not disappoint, but I have a feeling it will.

Bumping for the upcoming draft. I really hope the 49ers dont take Armstead. Every mock has them taking him. I hate lineman on either side from Oregon. They never seem to work out.

And they are saying draft is littered with Packers fans in the stands. Come on Bears fans, represent your home town.

No, he could not. When I got to get to go to NFL honors he must have been relieved. It was an NFL party full of supporters so he didn't get booed. If One of our top executives wasnt sitting next to me and I hadn't been told to be on my best behavior I would have. It was silent when he came up so it would have been heard on TV. I missed my chance.

Am I the only one that thinks Winston having a red carpet at his house is bad for him working out. This kid can make all the throws but I worry about him busting.

Marioto (that shall be his name from now on) will not work out as long as whiz is in TE. Whiz ruined quite a few QB's in AZ. Only one who ever worked out for him was Roethelsburger as Whiz plays old school throw it deep football. The QB has to either be able to take a beating or scramble for his life. Marioto will bust until Whiz is canned.

The bears had one of the worst defenses in the league last year and they went with a wide receiver at 6. Way to go chicago. You're staring 4-12 right in the face again.

If I had to guess what position the Colts would draft with the #1 pick, WR would have been last.

^^Yeah, I was laughing pretty hard at the Bears drafting a WR. Little did I know that the Colts would make a similarly boneheaded move.

I abhor the 49ers' pick. Think he is a steaming pile of crap. Hope he gets motivated and can play, at least the joke of a new coach is a D Line guy so maybe he can motivate him.

Dagger that all the corners went a little earlier than expected, but like the Steelers pick. Now the next 6 picks need to be all defensive backs. Or at least 4 of them.

Why not a WR? Who do they have? TY Hilton? I'd want better.

I forgot all about them getting AJ. He's definitely still a threat, but in the last couple years of his career.

I figured the would get the safety from Alabama or the huge d-lineman that the Patriots ended up getting. That said, for the pick itself, every secondary in the league will not be looking forward to face TY and TY 2.0

And it sounds like he will return punts so maybe punt returns will be fun instead of cringing and praying that the idiot fair-catches it every time.

Draft Pick Hugs Family That Will Bleed Him Dry Over Next 5 Years

CHICAGO—Upon hearing his name announced by commissioner Roger Goodell during the first round of the NFL draft Thursday, wide receiver Anthony Parker immediately began embracing the family members who will slowly bleed him dry over the next five years, sources confirmed. According to witnesses, Parker spent several seconds in the arms of his teary-eyed mother, a woman now expecting a brand-new luxury car to be sitting in her driveway within the next three months, before then moving on to hug his three brothers, all of whom intend to live with their friends in his soon-to-be-purchased mansion for free. Sources also revealed that Parker received a slew of text messages from various cousins and uncles—the future recipients of sizable loans they will never pay back—while he gave a special handshake to a close childhood friend who will drag him to strip clubs multiple times a week for the duration of his playing career to blow half of his paycheck. At press time, Parker’s night had reportedly culminated in his son’s conception, which will cost him roughly $65,000 per year in child support payments and ultimately drive him into bankruptcy in March 2021.
