The NFC East is really bad ... Loved the beat down Carolina delivered to the Giants.:lol::lol:, also enjoyed Indy handing it to the niner's.

  • Philly should offer a 2nd and a 4th to Clev for Haden and Gordon. Does this offer get the deal done?
    Go Birds!!!!
  • just heard even flow during a time out during the Pittsburgh/Chicago game
  • Jets are 2-1

    49ers are 1-2

As interesting as the 3-0 Dolphins and Chiefs? If somebody had told me that a month ago I'd have slapped them in the face for being so dumb.

Yeah. If the Cowboys are even a halfway competent team they should be able to walk into the playoffs the way the East is looking. Philadelphia look like they're still the same old BS and probably will be as long as they have Vick. Still though, even when they're in a tailspin and having horrible seasons they still usually pull it together for games against Dallas and at least give them a run for their money, if not play spoiler. And the Giants have been known to come on late in the season, don't recall them ever jumping out 0-3, but I wrote them off the same year they won the Super Bowl. I even said that nobody from the East should be allowed to go to the playoffs the way it sucked that year but good teams had to sit out. Then they won the damn Super Bowl. So I've learned not to write them off.

Me neither. Tom Coughlin has never been 0-3 with the Giants and mike Tomlinson has never been more than 2 games below .500 and earliest he's ever had 3 losses was by week 5 (last year was the only time that happened, usually happened much later in the season).

Redskins with RGIII are 0-3....biggest surprise out of them all to me. I think they're last in the league in defence :fp:

Very inconsistent. Not sure if go as far as to say he blows. Not having a good year so far though.

Did you see him fake himself out with his own pumpfake (past the line of scrimmage by the way) and fumble the ball? He recovered it, but that was pretty bad. He should have been sliding, but instead it looked like he went too far with the mini fake motion and hit himself on the left shoulder pad and it went flying out and I think he tipped it it once in the air before falling on it. I was cracking up.

Lol, yeah I saw that. Not the most glamorous play, but at least he recovered. And nothing will ever beat the butt fumble by Mark Sanchez! That will live on forever as worst/funniest QB fumble in nfl History

Is this true? I think the AFC East is the worst division after having watched that Jets-Bills game. Wouldn't all 4 NFC East teams beat the bejesus out of those two? Then a few would take a pretty down New England and up and coming Miami (up and coming for the AFC East that is). Either way it's funny to see two of what's usually the best divisions in football suck...

I'm not surprised at all by the skins 0-3 start. RG3 had no pre season time. Defenses are able to stop the read option. Their defense wasn't very good last year and this year its worse. And, they're best receiver was the third best receiver in Indy 2 years ago.

The Little Giants could win the NFC East this year. I hear Coughlin is trying to sign Icebox.

Yeah true, he didn't take one snap in preseason. I was expecting him to be a little rusty. He's actually not the problem though. It's their defence. Like you said, it's even worse than last year.

Going into a harsh environment, playing the Raiders next. Could be headed for 0-4.

possible. but to say the afc east is worse than the NFC east is a stretch. any division that tom Brady is in can't be considered the worst. the pats have at least 10 games every year since like 2002. 8-8/9-7 win the NFC east every year.

Jacoby Jones was hit over the head with a bottle of champagne ... on a bus ... that was wielded by a stripper.

I love how the NFL is suing M.I.A. for flipping the bird during the halftime show to protect thier wholesome image.

the Pats win 10 games every year because 6 of them come against the dolphins, jets and bills. even matt cassell can go 11-5 against a division like that. anyway wouldn't everyone but the pats in the AFC East trade their QB for any NFC East QB - even at a moment when it looks like Tony Romo is having the best season of the 4? Maybe I'm wrong, but Tannehill, Manuel, and Smith don't exactly strike fear in the hearts of opponents.

I put this in the Eagles thread but it deserves to be here also.

Fucking Manning has the balls to thank the NFL for giving the Eagles 12 days off while they're on a short week. Hey asshole, we played 3 games in 11 days. Fuck off choke artist.

That and I'm guessing Manning said it in an obviously joking manner. Dude only complains about idiot kickers and when receivers or rb's run a play wrong. The best QB going has the right to complain about anything he wants, but Manning isn't a big whiner

This was my prediction prior to week 1 as well. A Manning/Brees rematch would be amazing. My money would be on the Broncos this time.
