Richard Sherman is not suspended...yes! I'm no Seahawks fan but chasing down Tom Brady for a stupid meme after your team beat his makes him a winner in my book. Sherman, Bernard Pollard, and Jay Cutler will remain my three favorite non-Cowboys in the league.

i'm watching this meaningless military bowl game today and remembered a guy i went to high school with was on san jose st's staff (he was our high school qb and his dad was villanova's athletic director back in the 90's so he's got some connections).

didn't see him on the sidelines so i googled his name and boom--there he is as the oakland raiders quarterbacks coach now. :o

...and there he is on facebook with carson palmer

haven't talked to this guy in years. pretty cool though.

  • Peterson is freakin' amazing. Easily the MVP. Would have liked to see him break the record...cause Dickerson is kind of a full-of-himself douche...but still an amazing achievement.

Man Peterson to fall 9 short. I wonder if they will go back through the tapes and try to find him 9 yards throughout the season? Can they do that? Kind of like baseball changing a hit to an error type of stuff.

Inept is right. I'm not even going to bother watching. Dallas has no business in the playoffs, Washington has been OK at times, but they're not going to make it far if they make it in. I find myself not at all interested in the game, or the non-stop RG3 talk that is sure to be on display. I don't have a problem with RG3, but announcers fawning over anybody for too long can get annoying. Even Favre who I loved, I got tired of hearing about what a warrior he was, and how he was like a little kid out there, and all the other shit they repeated ad nauseum.

He's the freakin' man. He helped win me my fantasy football league. I picked him up as a free agent 2 minutes before kickoff in week 1. If I have waited, he would have gone on waivers and I wouldn't have gotten him. I just thought "Eh...this guy might get some carries if the guys ahead of him get hurt." I didn't start him week 1 (lost and would have won if I did start him cause he had like 20 points), but I started him every other game of the season and he was a major difference-maker.
