    Early entry with 10 club tickets is almost always a seperate entrance so don't worry:-)

    i received some info from them regarding the order/confirmation #: "Your order number is the same as your confirmation number. Please enter your order number and let us know if you have further questions."

    thanks 10c for answering me, took a couple of days but no complaints.. :D

    regarding the early entry, i received another private message regarding this matter so it kept me in line understanding that there WILL be a different queue after all for 10c members, maybe it will be very close to regular queue but thats not the issue. i also understood from him that they only meant there wont be something like a golden standing ring on the standing floor

    Yep. Just sent them another email. Seems like they are responding to emails about how to fill out the form, but not the "where's my wristband" emails? :cry::cry:

    CrowdSurge is not linked to the 10c site, so there's no reason why it should show up in goods. If it's in your CrowdSurge order history and you have the receipt of the transaction you're good.

    Well, nothing about this is normal :lol::lol: It was ran by CrowdSurge, not 10c, so yeah, I suppose it's normal. Read the email you got from 10c when they stopped the sale (or Tim/Rubysdad's post here: http://forums.pearljam.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=178739): If you have already successfully purchased tickets, your ticket order is complete and you do not have to await further instructions; you will have received an email confirmation from CrowdSurge. See, email confirmation from CrowdSurge, not 10c. You're good. :D

    I received my email but I'm a little bit confused about it... I will go the the Berlin show and was asked in my email to put in the "Berlin email address associated with order", not the order or confirmation number. So what does "Berlin email address" exactly mean?? I'm not sure.

    -You will be asked to check a box next to each show you purchased GA floor tickets to, and you will need to provide proof of purchase info which you can find on your order confirmation.
    - You will not be asked for your name or email in this form. Your unique link is associated with you only (the member whose fan club account is associated with this email address).

    Yep me too - my other half got his email on 23rd and we usually get things around the same time. Having said that, he got his holiday single and Deep magazine months ago and I still haven't had that either...

    Everyone still waiting for the email should email 10c ASAP. I just got a response to the email I sent on Monday 12/26 that started out as follows:
    This is the email that was sent to you on December 23rd. Please read carefully.

    I triple checked all my spam filters, my trash, my inbox, no email on 12/23 so I'm not sure what happened. But this means that all the emails were sent out when Tim posted, just some never got to its destination. Contact 10c NOW!!!

    Not sure where your problem is. Along with your name you had to give tickets.de your email address in order to personalize your ticket. Thats the email address the 10c wants.

    I sent to "tickets@tenclub.net", emailed on 12/26 and got a response on 12/28, so about 2 days? The response came from "tickets@pearljam.com, I think it's the same account but perhaps try emailing both and maybe indicate in the subject that it's related to not getting the wristband email. Email them now if you haven't already! They are definitely checking so hopefully they will get back to you before Jan 3. They have to!!

    Officially getting nervous at this point. Hoping I hear something back from 10c today.

    Once I do, the Stockholm and Oslo tickets I have we're purchased through CrowdSurge so what confirmation are they looking for? I have an Order ID number with around 25 digits from them, also paid through Paypal so have a transaction number there.

    From the original post: If you successfully purchased tickets through the CrowdSurge pre-sale and have an order confirmation, please do not fill out this form. You're already set with tickets and wristbands.

    I’ve send them email on 26 about Berlin show cause i wasn't able to buy tickets myself so friend bought it for me with his tickets.de account, but tickets are personalized with my name on it. 10c replayed yesterday, saying I should put email that is associated with the order=friends email

    Kat, any chance you can help folks out here that haven't gotten the emails? Not sure if there's anything you can do but not really sure what everyone's supposed to do who haven't gotten their emails. :( :(
