    I sent to "tickets@tenclub.net", emailed on 12/26 and got a response on 12/28, so about 2 days? The response came from "tickets@pearljam.com, I think it's the same account but perhaps try emailing both and maybe indicate in the subject that it's related to not getting the wristband email. Email them now if you haven't already! They are definitely checking so hopefully they will get back to you before Jan 3. They have to!!

    Officially getting nervous at this point. Hoping I hear something back from 10c today.

    Once I do, the Stockholm and Oslo tickets I have we're purchased through CrowdSurge so what confirmation are they looking for? I have an Order ID number with around 25 digits from them, also paid through Paypal so have a transaction number there.

    From the original post: If you successfully purchased tickets through the CrowdSurge pre-sale and have an order confirmation, please do not fill out this form. You're already set with tickets and wristbands.

    I’ve send them email on 26 about Berlin show cause i wasn't able to buy tickets myself so friend bought it for me with his tickets.de account, but tickets are personalized with my name on it. 10c replayed yesterday, saying I should put email that is associated with the order=friends email

    Kat, any chance you can help folks out here that haven't gotten the emails? Not sure if there's anything you can do but not really sure what everyone's supposed to do who haven't gotten their emails. :( :(

  • Too many problems to me! I got 2 tickets to Stockholm and I have e-mail and order number. But web site expires when filling the form and submiting it! It happens an error saying me that there is a problem with the web site and I don't know why...I tried through firefox and explorer and different computers and it never works. I don't know what I can do... :? Anyone else does this happen? Can anyone help me? Thanks...

    I just tried calling, it goes right to voicemail and it says, "Thank you for calling Ten Club. Unfortunately we are closed through January 3. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year". I know it's 8:15 Pacific, I will try again a little bit later but I doubt I will get a live person :( :(

    Maybe just keep emailing them, like every hour or something? Put a return receipt on the email, sometimes that helps with getting a response.

    Hopefully they realize a lot of people still don't have the email and they extend the deadline or something. I suspect they think all the emails have gone out, since I was told my email was sent on 12/23 (even though I didn't receive it).

    No, I think it means open on Jan 3rd. My office is also closed on Jan 2nd since Jan 1st falls on Sunday. I think some businesses decided to take all of this week off as well. Unfortunately for me, not mine! :evil:

    Oh, oops. Just realized I messed up on the time conversion. 10:15 EST = 7:15 PST. :lol::lol:
