  • Thanks mate ;)

I thought it meant that, but didn't want to presume then turn up on the day only for 'Will Call' to be some bloke called William, who lived down a dark alley in Moss Side, that I was meant to go and see with a brown envelope full of cash ;)

yeah, I was thinking I might skip copenhagen and go to amsterdam instead...but I've always wanted to see denmark too, plus it's the last show of the tour..so I'm most likely still going. ;)

It's not a tour, its a very short run of festivals and a couple of shows thrown in. I think 50% of us won't end up with tickets for Manchester that try for them, however much I doubt my chances I'll spend all night trying.

For Berlin I will perfer non 10C tix. My wife needs to be able to sit down every now and then. GA is a last resort as far as she is concerned, especially if we want to have fun in Berlin the next couple of days after the show (she has bad knees).

I found a nice flight from Stockholm back to Athens with stopover at Copenhagen. The stopover is overnight, so I'm thinking - go to Berlin, get plane to Stockholm, and then plane back to Greece. With the stopover in Copenhagen, I'll be able to catch the last night of the tour without needing accommodation or another plane ticket.... Cheating the system rocks!!

Just make sure that the layover is long enough. If it is, NICE!!

Flight arrives at around 5 in the afternoon at Copenhagen, and it connects to the Athens flight at 9 am...
I'm glad there is 24 hour metro there too... 20 minutes from airport to the forum...

I am with you Dimi, Not booking accommodations yet for Amsterdam and Berlin. I want to see where everyone is staying and have fun! I am leaning more towards hostels and not hotels - cheaper and a lot of fun in my experience.

    Highly recommend the Bulldog Apartments

Note the ceiling on the third last picture. It becomes very interesting after sampling local produce!!!

Stayed there last month. And assuming there are no serial killers amongst us, the rooms share 3 a go. Plenty of other hostels/cheap accom in the city. Train is €4 from Schipol to Centraal. And you will not be short on things to do. You will also not drink a finer heineken in the world. Maybe a thread for each gig, with plans for us all to meet up. I am defintely going to Ams, perhaps more.

  • oh and the good part is airtix and hotel in place like Amsterdam ,Berlin,Oslo etc will not change prices after presale..
but small places, like Arras,Leuven(small town next to Wercther..)prices will be double soon..

btw ..important...people stay at Brussels and want ot go with train to Wercther and back after the show, beware that there arent all night trains back from Leuven to Brussels, and the pj will finnish very late as it seems, dont want to stay all night at the station..not that isnt safe, its a safe town Leuven, but will be tired, and isnt smart pay hotel in Brussels and pass night at the train station

check 1st page for the site of Belgium trains for details
