I've got a question; Was "Can't Keep" just Ed on the uke or was it a full band performance?

    FULL band
I was alone and far away when I heard the band start playing!

...I was always a DeadHead, but when I first heard Winston Rodney, aka the Burning Spear, sing, I became a SpearHead too!

It was an amazing show! And as one of the fan caught in the 10c line, it really was beyond fustrating! Last time they played at the Dodge center, there was no issue with picking up tickets. Really don't understand what happened, last night.

Aww I forgot to ask about Smile!! I mean that's not something you'd regular on their setlist! Smile is such and awesome song and I love how Ed's voice sounds in it, really different....So how was seeing Smile live folks? :D

Echo everything everyone else has said about how FANTASTIC this show was - I know several fans who've seen all the shows on this tour and upward of 75+ shows overall, and they were all in shock saying "Who would have guessed HARTFORD would be the BEST SHOW SO FAR???"

That's all I needed to hear to know I was at the RIGHT show! :)

Only thing no one's mentioned is how crazy the jam on Porch was! Yes, Porch is always a jam song and they usually turn up the energy in it, but last night was truly special - something happened, Eddie either left the state completely or we just couldn't see him anywhere and Stone, Matt, Jeff and Mike just went OFF!!! I've seen a lot of live Porches in my day... this was unreal.

And I was one of the fans who did the fanclub line way early. If you're going to Great Woods I highly recommend you do that, even if they have their shit together better with the tickets on the venue side, never hurts to pick up first, party later. Especially since today is Saturday!

I truly can't even tell everyone how incredible this show was.
I was dying through the entire setlist...BLOOD!!!!!!!!!
Whoever said there wasn't even a Betterman singalong...where were you sitting?? There was a Fucking Up sing a long where I was. lol
I had no problems with security and met some cool people around us to talk to.
Except for a minor ramble about voting and taking care of each other and the country, Ed was pretty quiet for the whole set.
Mike was jumping around so much it was like he was on a trampoline. He was on fire, as was Stone. And I think Jeff even played guitar???
I was glad to be sitting behind the stage at MSG so I could see Boom as he was pretty out of the mix last night.

I don't think I am capable of listing highlights as the whole set was so insane.
Breakerfall is so amazing live. Holy moly. In Hiding sounded more than amazing...as did Brain of J!!! They were just plowing through these songs.

So thrilled and thankful I was there.
    :)
Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away

Wow! Drove 2+ hours after work to arrive at 7:30 and wait in line until 9:15 for 10c tickets. I feel horrible that people missed up to ten songs after waiting in a hot, humid, stinky line for 2+ hours. The most disappointing part was the 10clubbers who knowingly cut the line - and there were HUNDREDS of them. We were telling people that the line started way back there, and most of the just continued to cut. We couldn't believe this was happening with 10clubbers. Finally the cops showed up and put up barriers to block people from entering the sides of the line. THE COPS ACTUALLY HAD TO STOP 10CLUBBERS FROM CUTTING IN LINE IN FRONT OF OTHERS - IS THIS F'D OR WHAT?????

Setlist kicked my ass and stole my wallet.
    Saw things, so much clearer....

First the bad - Hartford crowd was eh.....can't touch a Boston crowd.

The great - everything else. What a frigin show....words can not describe this band tonight.
I agree with this; the setlist was easily the best I have seen and I don't go for the crowd but the songs.

what a show. And to think, I wasn't going to go. I decided late Friday night- and got in touch with someone with an extra tix- Thanks Brad!- Had to work, but I drove, seems like, for hours (especially with all that traffic on 95). This was my second show ever. Nothing can really surpass my 1ST (MSG2)- but wow. WOW. The set list was amazing.

I was so lucky to have gone. Thanks Pearl Jam for an amazing set.

Amazing; stone on bass and jeff on guitar and he even pulled off the solo perfectly; truly sick.

Awesome show (ONCE WE GOT IN)
Finally got in during Big Wave and I feel even more sorry because there must have been hundreds behind us waiting as well. No poster, missed some great songs but was surrounded with great fans this time in 500 thanks tricia and joe ;)

People were walking by laughing at the 10c line. At first it was like stfu, but then I started to agree...what a mess. live and learn

However after walking in to big wave all my frustration fell to the wayside....Fantastic show.

Just got back to New York after only spending a couple hours at the Crown Plaza, my cousin who was with me said, oh by the way we gotta leave 5am back to NY because of his sisters HS Graduation on the way up there, wanted to smack him, could have let me know earlier

No Matter what a fuckin show!!!!

Songs I heard for the 1st time: Can't Keep, Breakerfall, Brain of J, Big Wave, Immortality, and Smile(all blew me away)

Ed seemed in High Spirits tonight (dancing w/ that girl was awesome) the band was ripping the set to shreds

Never been to this Venue, couldn't believe all the lawn people

Only thing that sucked was the heat, after rockin out we all quickly forgot about it...Ed mentioned it

This was my Cousins first show..quickly asked me after the show when will they be back around the tri-state area....hooked

Thank you to the 10c, didn't win the lottery(I have a shit #, high 300's) got 400 section first row, aisle seats, no one in front of us...just railing, nice view

I'm tired as fuck...this past week has been real special for me. I had a real rough year and to feel this bands music flowing through my bones, is such a blessing

Gonna head on up to Mansfield 2 Monday Night...then I'm goona have great memories to last a lifetime

Thanks again to the band,10c, and all you fans who are great to talk to at shows

As this show started unfolding I knew people were going to be raving about the setlist because it a bit different. Me personally, I was bummed for the first few songs, but man did it get good after that. This lady 2 rows in front of me, had a copy of the setlist, thought it was fake at first, but some "stage hand" came and was talking to her so then it looked legit. It ended up being quite close, order was a little different and the beginning different, her copy started with Sometimes, Last Exit, Hail Hail would would have killed! But it had the encores almost perfect.

Band was great. It was hotter than hell in that place and the humidity was unreal, I did not think Eddie was going to make it through the show. Overall great time, and I finally got to see Leash.

Little Wing!!! I would have loved to have heard that. Was it good? I'm ordering my bootleg now.

Sorry to all of you who got the pepper spray. How ridiculous and unnecessary. You should write to the chief of police to complain.

I seriously wish I could've been there and wow, for both of them to nail each others instruments perfectly is.....wow....I've seen them do it once before, but I didn't have any sound so I couldn't tell but that paints the picture! Shows what a multi-talented band they are lol and hey does anyone have pics of Ed dancing with that girl? Kate was it? That's so sweet of Ed too :D What a man hehe....

wow, thats a good setlist. im dissapointed, tomorrows gonna be my first show and now its looking like its not gonna be that great after two nights of MSG and this...

Your show's gonna be sick. They always bring their "A" game to the Boston/Mansfeild area. Don't worry about it

Pearl Jam ALWAYS brings their "A" game. The guys are too humble and grateful to give anything but 150% every single time out. If someone doesn't like certain shows it's probably because they've been to too many and are spoiled. I mean, it's not like they're a jam band and so on some nights jams don't necessarily do anything for you. They play the greatest rock n' roll the world has ever seen drawn from a huge catalog for 2 1/2 plus hours every night. It's never anything but spectacular.
