I am sitting on the deck, ( at my sister's little loft apartment in Manitou Springs), smoking a bowl, whilst drinking my coffee. I can hear the tiny little creek across the road. It's nice. I needed this.

Mark owns and if I have it right from my friend Toni, his sister is in the managing end of it. I think he lives in California, but you can have lemonade with us! Apparently this place was in one of the Devo videos. I'll send you the address and you can check it out. Frankly, it's nothing terribly special. Sad. But because of the video thing, There are some people who pose on the steps and do photos. I've heard it happens all the time. Knowing Toni, she'll probably model with the people.

Pivot, indeed. Damn near almost killed me. I helped haul a lot of heavy furniture, but the hella china cabinet is what I thought would kill us all. I was a side hauler. Shawnie was, too. Toni took the top and Uncle Joe, God bless him, took the bottom of it. As the stairway walls narrowed about 3/4 to the top, Shawnie and I had to skinny out up underneath. They had to haul it from there without us. It fit into the space Toni wanted it to occupy by 1".

There's so much for you to do around here. Keep a list. We'll tackle it someday. =) Maybe I'll take you to meet Natural Hunka Kaboom. That would be a highlight, yes?

Yes! Lemonade at the Devo house. Most landmarks like that are nothing special. People used to travel all over to see the original Woodstock site (umm...it's a field, folks). I'd still go to the Devo house, though. Just to geek out.

I hope all of you took some Tylenol or Advil after your heavy lifting session. You are good people to help your friend out.

I still want a Kaboom campaign button. And I will show up for his inauguration....chex mix and lawn chair in hand.
We could totally have lemonade at the Devo House! Toni loves company! (Pretty cool chick, too!) Amy, sister of Mark, has a gallery/artist studios under Toni's apartment. We'd have to check it out.

    And the Devo wall.

And we must track down Kaboom and shake his hand. I think he might even enjoy some inauguration Chex Mix. We'll have to come up with a Natural Hunka Kaboom Chex Mix. Kind of like those chocolates you gave me. Innocently chocolate, but then your tongue burns about 30 seconds after eating it. Just when you think you are safe. KABOOM! Chocolate Chipotle Kaboom Mix? We can do it! He'd be excited that someone made a snack in his name!

Tylenol and Advil are wonderful. Yes, I and my daughter were both partaking. Those steps. That heavy antique furniture. Good love of all. Not. built. for. that.

Wouldn't pot laced chex mix be better. Eat them and then about an hour later kaboom, you are stoned.

I am celebrating adding freon to my car. Its going to be in the teens (as is 100 +some teens) next week and my a/c was blowing hot air. I just dealt with it the last couple weeks but can't anymore. About 108+ it is required or you feel sick from the ride once you get where you are going. I don't have time to take the car in the shop next week so I did some research online and turns out this is one of the biggest rip offs ever. It took me 10 minutes (8 were figuring it out) and it cost me 40 instead of 80 since I did it myself. Car is blowing sweet freezing cold air again.

I love YT..."someone" destroyed my front bumper, and it's gonna cost over $1000 to fix it. I searched the internet, watched a YT video, and replacing the bumper is literally 4 screws, 8 plastic clips, and $400 for a pre-painted bumper.

After the guy that "fixed" the tile/grout in my bathroom I realized I probably could've done the same quality of work had I watched a few how to's on You Tube.

Also, the ONLY reason I passed both Statistics AND Symbolic Logic (several years apart) is because of the tutorials some very kind Professors decided to put up on youtube from across the country.
