    Loosely related... ESPN should just get rid of every sportscaster they have except for Lindsay Czarniak and just let her run the show. Not only is she fun to look at, she's the most competent & professional sc they've had in a loooooooong time!

    totally agree...more credible than any woman they've ever had. linda cohn is in the same league, but I'm over her.

    You're probably right, but that was kind of the point. They were two old fucks who were starting to lose it. But they were football lifers who loved the game and had great chemistry together. They had substance, charm, and stories for days. Every broadcast was remarkable.
    I personally enjoyed the tandem.

    It's a similar situation with Ed. He's getting older and forgetting/fuckin up the lyrics half the time but nobody gives him shit for it and I don't think the band is going to be kicking him to curb anytime soon.

    This year's superbowl is going to blow with Nantz/Simms...absolutely zero excitement level, Nantz is like the play-by-play whisperer, his voice just doesn't fit right for football and Simms just can't stfu
