So I realized recently I had never heard the original Heyday by Mic Christopher, (only Glen's version, which I LOVE) and finally got around to listening to it...fantastic. Glen has the best taste

Samjam if you wanna see Mic and Glen's incredible chemistry, this video is a favorite of mine. It's a cover of a Michelle Shocked song called "Fogtown" and Mic and Glen used to play it busking in Dublin back when they really busked... Mic was a brilliant musician and person.
Thanks to whoever posted the Glen interview. What an awesome, authentic human being is he. So uplifting and encouraging to hear him speak his mind (and make his music ).
You can hear the frames live from Dublin and cork recorded this summer at 10pm tonight Irish time(not sure what that is where you're at ) if you go to Todayfm.com. They have an app with a listen live function too.

It has "Didn't He Ramble" and "The Way Back In The Way Back When". Both were total standout songs live. Sounded awesome. Cant wait to hear the studios!
How does he sound live? He is coming to Lisinski Hall here in Zagreb in early March.. been thinking of buying a ticket - around 27$ is the cheapest one, is it worth it?

That is my favourite Bowie song! I LOVE Ashes to Ashes. Forget just Bowie. That is one of my favourite songs of all time (Glen's cover is a little rough (obviously - it's in his hotel room after all), but I love that he chose to cover THAT song. ).
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata

Going to see glens final show of the year tonight. I'm late actually he's on in an hour. Should be a good one.
