i don't want to make a key change in season without member input...
currently, we are using a waiver wire which allows the worst team to pick up the best players after each weeks games....
are we happy with the waiver wire use, or would the masses prefer every unsigned player be free to pick up at will. ie, early bird gets the worm.
i can see the benifits of both sides, and i was screwed on teh wavier last week trying to make a couple of pick ups...
i can go either way....it doesn't matter to me...i just want to make sure it's discussed and people are cool with or without making a change....
i ask, because Hellfires said she would prefer a free for all, early bird special.
No no no my opinion please don't change it. In my other league we had the 'early bird gets the worm' up until this year. You know what happened? The morons in my league that don't have jobs stayed up until 2am when the waivers opened and grabbed everyone up while the rest of us were still sleeping. You know how many times I had to set my alarm to get up in the middle of the night just to grab a player? It was ridiculous. I also think it's fair that the worst team get first crack at it. Seems pretty standard in most leagues.

I agree with the mamasan. don't do the early bird thing.
If you want to change it FOR NEXT YEAR, do it like my other league where each team has a $100 budget for the season to bid on free agents.
I agree with JTH and mamasan not to do the early bird thing. I like the current format even though I am missing out on free agents because of low waiver priority.
Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son.
I just benched Chris Johnson. I just can't take it anymore!!!!
I'd say sell the team. Get out now.
I'm 2-2. :fp: :fp: :fp:
It's all down hill from here. Sell high.

looking back at draft smack talk and results from last year.....fuckin gold jerry.
i believe you are number two on the owner replacement list. #thewoman wants in on the action. installed the yahoo app on her phone so she can play along.
Boy did I pick the wrong week to bench Chris Johnson :fp:
if you are not going to use him, you might as well trade him to me.
how does a late second round pic in next years draft sound....
Have you heard that fantasy football commercial on the Score where they depict all the different types of fantasy players? Well, you're the one that's always requesting the most ridiculous trades!

i made a real offer of a 1st rounder in the leauge. IMO, a first rounder would be very fair. Look at this years draft. Trent Richardson, Doug Martin, RG3, and Luck would all be fair.

Maybe I just don't like the idea of stacking your team

anybody have any starting grade WR's that they would like to trade....toss a reasonable offer my way....prefrenace would be wr for draft pick(s), but i'm open to trading players. just don't ask for foster or ryan.

I could really use a tight end.

How about a straight up trade...I'll give you Steve Smith (Carolina) For Jason Witten.

Side note: remember when Aaron Rodgers was a pretty good fantasy QB?
