i don't set the schedule...heck, i didn't even break the teams into the divisions.

just can't believe i don't get to play the hellfires. :x i want a bye week.

Yea it's the reason why in the other league we switched it back to one division in lieu of two divisions.

might be a thought for next year, but the schedule would still be unbalanced. it'd be 11 common games and than 3 more repeats....so three poeple would still get a bye.

i'm not too worried..one week does not make a season..and foster should be back soon...

Are you sure you're talking about the right league? I played the dude abides last week and I have Peyton Manning, but he is on my bench. Not sure why I'm hanging on to him . . .

Wait. Are you saying it's NOT my superb fantasy football skills that were responsible for holding the hellfires to less than 80 points?

My ego just took a major hit.

Against the GB defense? I'll take my chances. I'll probably kick myself later but Jordy played well against the Saints, logic says he'll do even better against the Panthers...

you ran into a brick wall this weekend.

perhaps the new york football giants will put up 42 points [edit: defensive points] this evening?

 poor hellfires...or are we playing.

my team either sucks or they think they are playing in san diego.

2 uncompetitive losses is not a good way to start a season. :?

thankfully....my other two money teams are going to start 2-0....one of those teams is shapeing up to be pretty solid.

  • i'm not sure what the money breakdown is for this league... and i'm too big of an ass to search the thread for the answer...

anyways, the main idea of my suggestion is to keep the awful teams interested the league.

in my other $$ leagues, we have a payout (equal to the buy-in amount) to the owner whose team scores the most points in any single week during the season. so, even though Smoking Babies will likely finish the season at 1-14, if that one lucky week somehow produced more fantasy points than any other team's best week, then 81 would get his $20 back. an the remaining $220 would get distributed however we decide/decided on.
