    I hate to be the bearer of bad news but PJ will NOT be playing Fenway Park on the 9th. I have a co-worker who has a little brother who has a friend that knows someone that works at the Wendy's in Crossgates Mall here in Albany. They will be playing the Times Union Center in Albany.

    Man, that Wendy's employee deserves a raise.

Dropkick Murphy's would not have been able to sell out Fenway Park if the tickets were free, let alone charging what it would take to fund that full venue, that is the reality. Heck, Pearl Jam would have struggled to sell it out.

    So I'm not about to read through all these posts, but wasn't it made pretty damn clear that the only U.S. dates that PJ would be playing this year were going to be at PJ20?

    I'm judging by the number of replies to this that there were lots of people that either missed that memo or simply didn't want to believe it. Or am I missing something here?

    It was made pretty damn clear in the original announcement, but then that pretty damn clear blurb was mysteriously removed from the damn announcement. ;)

    true..people get offended about a "rumor" thread,like someone attacking them by posting in..i dont know..
    even this one was an unreal one from the beggining..especially how it started and more the date..9th september?no way..i hpe pj do alot of tour,so more people are happy :)

    The negative comments on this site are pitiful (i.e. bitching about multiple threads, commenting on the intelligence level of the posters etc. etc.)

    All the chat board "elitists" on here who are too smart or cool to suffer through the commoners' threads / posts should lobby for a "special 10c", so they have more than just their over-inflated sense of self worth to justify their condescending attitudes.
