+1. I'm in this boat. Credit card was hit, purchase in the orders section, no email.

I actually emailed the 10c about this earlier today and received a reply I was told "if the tickets are in your order history you are good to go". I then proceed to my order history and took a screen image of the tickets in my order history.

If it is in your order history you should be sweet. If it is not, you may have difficulties

Well yeah if it is in your order history, but we can't check order history cause the GOODS SECTION IS DOWN !! HA. That happened to me last time and I was ok. It happened again this time...hitting submit with cc...but this time nothing on the credit card (and so I assume nothing in orders).

Poor decision if you ask me. You should have shut the whole thing down after an hour of this mess.

I couldn't get back in to check my cart, but found direct link - Tickets that I had placed in my cart 3 hours ago but was unsuccessful in the checkout process were still there. I was able to get through and enter my CC info in a matter of a minute and got the confirmation email immediately. I wasn't able to get to my cart any other way. If you had tickets in your cart it's worth a shot to check. Good luck!

everybody complaining needs to chill out. if you don't wanna wait or if you're pissed at what happened, then get off the 10c site. there are PLENTY of fans who would do just about anything for the chance to see their favorite band. i, for one, will sit right in front of my computer until i get tickets or until they are all gone, whichever comes first.

i'm sick of 10c members who call themselves "fans" that are whining and complaining about this ordeal. who didn't figure this might happen?? i took the day off work in anticipation of such an event. someone really posted about PJ paying them for missing work? seriously??

my friend got tickets by 1:30pm on the east coast, and i am still waiting. i'm sick of all you fake 10c members that are complaining. tickets or not, i will be at alpine valley. do the "real" fans of PJ a favor and shut up.

Call your credit card company and see if you have a charge for it. I never got a confirmation after hitting submit, but finally got to my order history a couple hours later and it was there.

And best of luck to everyone tomorrow. I feel bad for Tim, it's a tough situation to be in. I work in IT and see this kind of stuff all the time. It's never fun to be in those meetings when the shit hits the fan and nothing is working.

It shouldn't be an endurance test. There is a basic level of customer service that should be exhibited towards however many fans pay into this band. And this sale fell under that level.

For the record, I wasn't even going for tickets today.

i'm refreshing like i see other people are doing but i keep getting error messages and "failure to open"s even though i'm pretty sure i had them in my cart. do i keep trying??

What I am wondering about, is since I was at work (when I had the tickets in my cart, and I am done working for the day) the checkout screen was at work, is there any way I can finish my checkout ? or check on my status ?
Any official response would be cool / very appreciated

Try direct link in my post above, that's the only way I was able to get to the cart. If they're in there you can go to it.

whether or not i get tickets, i'm pretty sure i've renewed my membership for the last time. what's the point of being in the 10 club? i've been asking myself this question for a few years now, because, really, all the ten club has done for me with ticketing is get me nosebleeds for vegas '06. the band doesn't tour enough now to make it worth it anyway. and the one time they are in my back yard at alpine (still a 4 hour drive), we get the same old tired shit with the server. why not just do what most other big time bands do and let ticketmaster, or another competent broker handle it? seemed to work ok for the vote for change tour.

well, i guess i'll take a couple more hours off of work tomorrow (unpaid, of course), so that i can come home and have the 10 club and it's shitty computer problems kick me in the balls again (only about the 20th time since beneroya hall vinyl).

It really makes me wonder how much thought went into this decision... I can't be the only one who took a day off for this and is very limited with these. I don't think I'll be able to buy anything on wendsday...

I already lost a days pay for taking tuesday off but that seems just fine to 10 Club. I dont even know why I bother anymore... I always end up having to scrounge for tickets at shows, it fucking sucks.

edit: I'm not one to complain usually, as my post count indicates. Ive been a 10 club member for a long time, Ive just lost my number several times...

My tickets were in the cart but I couldn't get to the next page to enter cc info but kept refreshing....but after so times refreshing the tix weren't in the cart anymore....

In this case will I my order be one of the ones that is recognized and possibly be processed?????? :shock: :shock: :oops: :oops: :oops:

Canadian sale should go on as planned tomorrow. The Alpine sale is done for the day, why not put it off a few days, and let people who didnt get tickets make real plans to try again (2 hours notice tomorrow? really?) People have already taken days off for today and tomorrow. Plus the Alpine public sale isnt until June 4, thats plenty of time to make things right for the Alpine 10c sale. It only makes sense!

same here. i booked tomorrow afternoon off saying i had an appointment. i'm gonna look like a dork when i go in tomorrow and say 'oops i had the wrong day, my appointment is really on wednesday!' i'll do it anyway, but still :roll:
