This is the only one I've seen and it's totally fake

Obvious warning, it does show a dead dude, albeit not bin laden

And I would rather he was taken alive and tried for his crimes... no celebrating here for me.

Same here. I do not condone Bin Laden in any way, shape or form, but I also never find happiness in anyone's death.

What if they were to murder someone very close to you?
Trial would be what I would want... and rot in some filthy cell.

But you know I am not convinced he's dead until I see a real photo. But that's just me.
    I need proof.

I had always hoped too that Princess Di and John Kennedy Jr were wisked away to some lovely island to enjoy their lives peacefully, without the press at them every minute. Too bad that's probably not the case.

I've found that my life is a lot better after I decided not to worry about things I can't control and ESPECIALLY things that haven't happened and are VERY LIKELY not to happen.

What happens, will happen. NO amount of worry will change it. It will only be precious time on earth that you lost worrying for no reason.

If I was an American tax payer i'd be pissed to have to go through the expense of what would be a long trial and then having to feed and house the guy for the rest of his life, and you know he wouldn't be in some filthy cell. He would be in some plush highly secure cell cause there's is no way he would be in some general population prison.

I cannot wait for the Hollywood film on this event...

    Starring:

    Denzel Washington as Barrack Obama
Matt Damon as the chief military dude behind the strategic planning and execution of the operation.
and....Jack Black as Osama Bin Laden.

Sure. I would expect fake photos to be rampant on the web right now.

    He's dead.

yes, I know. And like others have said, I don't really think it's going to make that much difference in the grand scheme. Just the culmination of those years since that day is somewhat staggering to me.. I haven't even turned on the tv but it just kinda brings it all back in a strange, surreal way.

Yes, you do have a very good point there.

Well you see that is the real problem a convicted killer should never live in plush.

If I, as a taxpayer, have to pay for people here in my country, legal or otherwise...
pay for their alcohol addiction, trips to the strip clubs and God know what else...

I can pay to avoid taking a life... even a rotten one because that is what is moral.

New study done here, just in Georgia, on the recipients of federal aid and the tracking of their debit cards that the taxpayers pay for.

    Posh golf clubs
    wild animal parks
    30,000 to one liquor store
strip club admission and alcohol sales
    just to name a few

waste... waste... waste... they are wasting our hard earned money

1/3 for taxes from my son's paycheck a week...I hope he doesn't see that new study... he can't even afford to go to the strip club anymore! that's being pissed!!

know1 you don't like someone being killed you said earlier, trust me if Osama had a gun and you were next to him he would kill you. An exception needs to be made when it comes to Osama.

I didn't. I'm watching CNN and earlier, they on there that he said if he were to be near US troops, he would've had his body guards kill him or if he was found, he would put cyanide on him.

Around 10:45 PM, they interrupted TV stations to say the President had an announcement. Then it was that Bin Laden is dead and the President spoke a little after 11:30 PM to confirm it.

osamas plan was to kill 1 million men women and children, I wonder if all the damage he did to the US and having to live like a roadent from cave to cave or house to house was worth it ? after running and hiding for over 10 years with a $25 million price tag on his head making his life day to day a fight for survivle and being able to trust only a few people to know where he was had to be tough and now he's dead.

    Godfather.

Without proof that he was just killed, it's really difficult to believe. Especially with the whole "sea burial"... Sounds like a cover up...

If true I don't want his body washing up on the Aussie shore.

I might be wrong about this but I do know that many of the Muslim faith believe that i dead body must be buried in 1 day. Maybe someone here can confirm or deny that.

If it is true things become more difficult. what do you do? do you follow that believe or don't so that you can show more proof.

Not sure if Muslims approve of sea burials?
As if there wasn't anyone willing to take his body, just leave it with the Taliban.
