Does this mean that all the hate and venom that was directed towards Lebron and the Heat will now be directed at Howard and the Lakers?? It does for me! He pretty much held the Magic hostage to the point where they had to make a deal and they didn't end up getting much.

Thank you so very much for taking the stink off of my back. I didn't think it would be possible so soon, but your antics over the last several seasons has caused America to forget how I scorned my hometown and left them at the alter on live TV. I will soon return to America as a gold medal champion and beloved by the people (thanks to collective short-term memories).

Definitely a great trade for Philly. They were going to be a middling team w/ Iguodala as their "star" so definitely worth the risk to get Bynum. I still can't believe how little the Magic got in this trade. Afflalo and Harrington are decent players, but they're not huge difference makers. They also got 3 first round picks, but all of those are protected.

Isn't Bynum from around Philly? I don't know how much Bynum values that sort of thing, but I would think it helps give the Sixers an edge in either extending his contract or signing him if he opts for free agency. Regardless, a really good pickup for Philly.
