    that's why we are in ten club. if they didn't give us anything what's the purpose to be a member. after all we pay a lot of money for that. we can't expect a proper service??? what about SDE? we paid over 250$ and they don't give a shit. no info. that doesn't cost anything. they fucked up again. maybe their fav song is why do we keep fuckin' up???

    don't worry. I'm calm :) I just can't believe it. it's weak. these sales are so huge that they need to be well prepared. and everytime it's the same,..

    I love the 10C just because I love the band. I like being a fan club member. I've been a member for many years (although it lapsed for about a year around 2003/04, I think, but I digress).. I haven't ever tried to get tix through 10C, but I'm going to for PJ20. I feel bad for what everybody said was going on today. My thing, I've seen alot of things about the holiday vinyl single???? I have never, ever gotten one of those. :|

    So if i pay $12 a month for online dvd rental and they send me my dvds 2 weeks late and its the wrong movie I should be thankful?

    we shouldnt be thankful... if they didnt do a pre-sale and didnt offer 'free' merch through the 10c then membership would dwindle and then it wouldnt make money... the fan club single and the pre-sales are something to entice and hold members so they don't leave the fanclub.

    simple marketing.
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
