Who the f*%# allocated 10C seats?

I get to pay a $15 premium per ticket to sit in row R BOTH Thurs & Sat?!

OK I realise I'm lucky to be going to so many shows...but these allocations are bullshit - especially considering the releases they've Bern putting out.

My mate has 3rd row foe both nights (stoked for him) and other mates had 10th & 12th rows - I'm half a dozen rows from the goddamn back.

This is bollocks 10C! At least you could've mixed the allocations up a bit.

That's amazing! Talk about the luck of the draw. Shitty for the op when he got such a raw deal. Yes we pay a premium for Ten Club tickets and we expect to get decent seats, don't blame him for feeling ripped off when he got nothing good.

There's nothing random in everyone getting the same seats both nights...but yes, I'm definitely better off than a lot of ppl.

The dude who's with me came from SCOTLAND for this tour - I feel worse for him!!

there wouldve been a deal between venue, promoter and ev management.

10 club would have nothing to do with you sitting 10 rows back.

i'd say blame whoever matches up the ticket order with the group of holds at qtix. i bet they just printed out x amount of pairs form the allocated holds and bunged em in envelopes, 1 by 1 with a list of names of 10c orders. nothing malicious, it's just a job for someone. some chick workin in qtix offices isnt gonna go around researching what tickets someone had the last nights and make it even for everyone.

im pretty sure it was the same deal for ed's US tour.

I just needed to vent so I wasn't grumpy in the show. At least I acknowledged straight up I was still in a privileged position!!

WTF? Both night's already front row?!? That's fucked up but not the first time that's happened. During the Ed '08 tour, I remembered 2 ladies who did 6 show's who scored front row seats for 4 of the 6 show's, back to back. The other 2 show's they had 2nd row seats. Plus those were lottery seat day's. Their luck was unfuckbelievable.

Correct. They are random seats throughout the venue. I guess some of us just thought that we'd still be in say the first half of the venue....or still get semi-decent seats....not 6 rows from the back....both nights.

Yeah, like the 2009 tour where I managed to be front row(ish) three nights in a row!!!

Oh yeah, that's right, we got to the gigs at 6am to get dem spots

Who's bitching? I'm just saying how can it be random or luck of the draw when people have ended up with the exact same seats as the night before? I'm not saying it's 10 clubs fault. Just saying it's by no means random.

How come saying anything around this place that isn't how great pearl jam or how great ten club is automatically becomes bitching?? There is nothing even negative with what I said, it's just a fact, the same people have ended up in the exact same spot as the previous night. that is not random or luck of the draw at all. I never said its not great they are seeing Ed, but if it was me I would still be somewhat disappointed about the situation also.
